Hello, The consumer contacted our customer service department via email on Saturday, July *, and our offices are open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ESTShe has submitted three pictures of her receipts but the receipts could not be approved because all of the information that was needed
was not present on the pictures.We have emailed the consumer this morning (Monday, July **, 2017) explaining this to her and we also sent her two of the rewards instead of the one that she would have qulaified for. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedSince in my experience this was not the first time this has happened, I hope the business will consider proactively addressing their customer service problems and the fact that multiple of my emails were ignored, so that in the future people don't have to resort to contacting the Revdex.com in order to have issues resolvedThat's a huge waste of the consumer's time, disrespectful to the consumer, and surely not efficient for the businessSo while my specific issue is resolved, there seem to be systemic issues that still need to be addressed

If I could leave no stars I would I have been shorted $25 rebate through samsclub.com with the [removed] illegible receipt to the point I printed them out and scanned them in it cant get any clearer than that scammers for sure!

On 9/**/14, we sent the consumer a replacement virtual card that he can use in place of the one that he was having a problem with.

They're not honoring their partnership with Eggo by responding to my emails stating "purchase date/time or receipt total was illegible" or "the receipt you submitted to the Kellogg's Eggo Crayola Back to School offer can not be read." I attached numerous screen shots of my receipts (which are all completely legible) showing the required purchase amount of waffles was made, the date and total were also provided per the companies promotion yet they continue to come up with excuses as to why they cannot process this $5 coupon.
