TPG has contacted the Complainant to get more information so that we can assist her. We have to make sure that this is a promotion that our company was a part of and if it is once we get the additional information we can provide the Complainant with the phone number or website that she would need in...

order to activate the $100 card that she received.

...

We contacted the consumer in regard to the initial grievance. We looked further into the information provided by the consumer, and it appeared that there was a form of miscommunication. It appeared the consumer had received an email from the automated system from the program, and had not contacted our direct customer service email. We assisted the consumer in rectifying the issue by providing the consumer with a code, and a link to redeem her reward.

We spoke with [redacted] on 3/**/15 and confirmed her mailing address. She is being mailed a check on March **, 2015 in the amount of $40 that will be made out to her cable provider. She can then...

take that check and put it towards the payment of her cable bill, which is what the promotion she participated in was for.

We spoke the consumer via telephone and explained that there was miscommunication on our end that lead to the issue. We will mail her an complimentary gift card for her inconvenience.

They have responded to my emails; it has still been a long & drawn out process. Apparently you can use the "virtual" cards online but only for $7 worth of items! The info. is in the email you are supposed to print, though if you write down the info., it'd be just the same. I qualified for (2) reward cards but the card(s) I got had the same #. I thought there would be $14 on it but ... nope. I'm not positive I'll get a resolution for my other $7 card & I know this info. is get'g posted very close to the end of the promotion but ... here it is ... I like the person who suggested [hard] cards that could be used in stores!

Purchased items as part of a promotional offer from Boulder Brands -- promised a $7.00 virtual Mastercard when you bought 3 items from their line of merchandise. Received the email with the "virtual" Mastercard, but cannot identify even one merchant that accepts these "Mastercards."

The store hosting the promotion for Boulder Brands does not accept, neither do other stores in the malls or online (even Amazon does not accept.) I contacted [email protected] -- received an email that basically just says "keep looking." These promotions appear to be a scam.

I am having the same problem and I agree this appears to be a scam.

From bert nielsen I was sent an e-mail from bolder brands on 9/2/17 which told me to mail my back up info for their "eat well & cash" offer to tpg rewards 29 broadway, suite 1401, new york ny which I did the same day. I still have not received the 7$ coupon. If I don't receive it by oct 31 I will be contacting the Revdex.com and ftc with a complaint. It took forever to complete steeps in order to have copy of rewards card emailed to
me. The steps were too long and drawn out. After finally getting clearance, now I am having trouble locating stores that honor the Virtual Card. Please mail me a hard Master Card that I can use to redeem my reward of $7.00. Mail to Sarah Jordan, 1420 Eastland Road, SE, Atlanta, GA 30316. This offer is sponsored by Boulder Brands
USA, Inc. 1600 pearl St., Suite, 300, Boulder, CO 80302. Product "Gardein Meat free"

My electronic MasterCard was sent to me in less than an hour after emailing my receipt for the Boulder brands $7 promotion. Thank you. Great work!

Review: I got a mastercard from TPG because of the Mars promotion. But the card can't be used. So I contacted the customer service. On July ** I received the email that I should file the online complain form before Aug *. I completed the form on Jul **. It said I would get reply in 7-10 business days. But I heard nothing from the company. On Aug *, I wrote an email to the company and got no response. On Aug **, I wrote an email again and got the response that they are still looking into your card issues. If there is any additional information needed they will contact me. And I waited and waited. On Sep * I contacted again and got the response that Unfortunately these cards have expired on 8/**/14, and cannot be reissued.

I have all the emails.Desired Settlement: Reissue me the expired master gift card!

Response:

On 9/**/14, we sent the consumer a replacement virtual card that he can use in place of the one that he was having a problem with.

Review: I have 2 [redacted] reward cards from this company. I have tried for 3 weeks to activate these cards.

Using the web site it says the card numbers are invalid. Calling the company, once I actually got to talk

to a representative who could not help me because "the computers are down". All of my other calls resulted in

a recording saying they cant take my call.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to use my two $25.00 [redacted]s.

Business

Response:

I contacted the consumer in regard to her recent grievance through email. The consumer then responded to the initial email sent. I provided the consumer with the necessary information on how she would be accommodated for her reward card. The issue has been rectified with the consumer, and the consumer will receive an accommodation.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: Whoever wrote to me is an amateur. They failed to write an opening sentence in their email to me. For example they need to say to their customers: Dear Sir/ Madam. and end their email using Sincerely, Their name and job title.

I don't know the name and job title of who email me. They offered me a $10 Gas card if I purchased $25 in [redacted] products and I did purchased $24.95 and this person emailed me without their name and job title. They said, "Your submission has been approved. You have 5.04 dollars left to go to qualify for the $10 Gas Card Reward." -Mr./Ms. X

Fact: That's false, because I was five cents short, but I didn't want to argue with the unknown person who email me. So went back to the grocery store and purchased $5.49 [redacted] Breakfast sandwich, therefore I qualified for the $10 gas card.

Now TPG Rewards wants to play Indian giver and not give me my ten dollars gas card. They owe me that. There is no way out of what you said and what you offered me TPG rewards.Desired Settlement: Finish the job. Gimme me my $10 gas card!

Review: TPG Rewards was running a promotion with [redacted] and [redacted] pizza. You bought a certain number of pizzas and received either a $10 credit toward your cable provider or a movie ticket. You could do the promotion up to four times. I completed the offer four times and each time told them I would like the credit to go to my cable provider. My credits never showed up. On December **, 2014 I emailed the customer service dept of TPG Rewards and asked where my credits were. I was emailed back on January **, 2015 that I would receive checks for three of the offers. I emailed back on January **, 2015 and told them I actually had 4 submissions, not three. I did not hear anything back from the company. To this date I have not received any checks, nor have any credits been sent to my cable company. I have copies of the submissions and the emails if they are needed for review.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive payment in total of $40 from the company as promised (4 offers times $10).

Review: TPG ** is advertising a promotion in [redacted] stores where if you buy a [redacted] Wax Melt Warmer and send TPG a picture of your receipt you then get a $5 gift card. I did this and submitted 2 receipts. I received an email with the information to redeem for a $5 mastercard gift card for each receipt. I printed out my virtual Prepaid reward for both receipts however no stores will accept the gift card, the gift cards are being rejected when I try to use them online. I contacted TPG and they referred me to [redacted] and to [redacted]. I contacted both [redacted] and [redacted] who knew nothing about the promotion and referred me back to TPG. When I contacted TPG again they said they're aware of a problem where the mastercards arent valid and asked that I call back another time. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told I couldn't. What seems funny is on the virtual prepaid mastercard paper, it says if I use it online I am suppose to provide TPG's address as my billing address. This is starting to feel like a fraudulent business. I have contacted [redacted], who has referred it to their fraud department.Desired Settlement: I would like my 2 $5 rewards issued on a working card.

Business

Response:

The consumer was contacted regarding her rewards card. We offered several solutions on how to properly use the card, as well as our contact information for further assistance. [redacted]###-###-####

Review: Submitted a receipt through their Box Tops program. Immediately received an email saying that the email was illegible. It was a clearly scanned receipt so the business clearly set up the system so they would not have to redeem any offers. When I contacted customer service, they sent me codes that were already used.

Company is a total scam.Desired Settlement: Valid Box Top credits

Review: I received a rewards card after completing a promotion for Prilosec. I tried to use the card, but it would not work. I have tried several times to contact these people, but have not been successful. I have tried on their website and have tried to contact them by phone. Nothing!Desired Settlement: Would like to be able to use the card.
