I opened an account with TPNI Engage, and was billed $200 / month for their services.

Not only did their email service not work properly (emails either consistently went to spam or never were sent / received at all), but their customer service was terrible.

When signing up, I was told that it was a month to month arrangement and that I could cancel anytime without penalty.

When I decided to cancel before my card was charged in January, I called several times and emailed several times before getting a response. I cancelled my account over the phone with ***, who assured me that my card wouldn't be charged any further.

Two months later, I discover that my card has been charged twice since I cancelled.

After several attempts to reach them, and many annoying hours on the phone with my credit card company, they finally contacted me and reversed the charge for February, claiming that they "couldn't refund for January because they required a 30 day notice of cancellation." This is the first time I'd heard of this policy.

After complaining to them, they decided to refund my payment for January and said it would take 4-5 business days to process, even though the first one was instantaneous. After that, I was less and less able to get a response from anyone there, even though I never received the refund. When I would hear back from *** it would be "oh, let me see what happened and get back to you." Several followups after that I'd still not hear a response from him.

This company has absolutely terrible customer service and predatory billing practices. I will never work with them again, and wouldn't suggest that anyone else do so either.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.

I do not dispute that they refunded my February payment. However, they still have yet to refund my January payment, even though after several emails they promised to do so.

TPNI (The Pulse Network Inc), this company is the most unprofessional business I've seen, we are unhappy but not only with their customer service, also with their service and with the manner they handle any issue.
We have tried to port phone numbers we used in our campaign for years; they are the owners of the numbers but the campaigns are ours and we just lost a lot of customers because they do not offer porting of numbers and that is not nothing good for any business. I do not understand the reason they want to keep the numbers, the numbers are locals where we are.
We really do not recommend this business.
