I love Bella Candles I have ordered or more I have never had a problem with them or the candles the candles are great smelling and burn for a long time the bonus rings are sterling silver and are made well with good taste I have been percent satisfied

I am so happy & pleased with the way Bella Candles treated meI had ordered a candle & our postal service I guess threw the box around & broke the candle glass so bad that I couldn't burn the candle, thanks to Bella they asked me to send them pictures & they would reviewWell they said they would send me another but didn't have the kind I wanted so I told them to surprise me & they didThey sent me a Wildflower candle & it smells beautifulI just can not put into words how grateful I am for them to just review the pictures & ready to replace my candleIt was so nice not to have to ship it back & to go through all the lengthy tape to return something that was damaged by someone elseThank you Bella, you are truly a great company with good people working for youI will happily order more

I ordered a Bella candle for myself and it was wonderful! The candle was a nice, large size, and the smell was nice and strongNot like those barely there candlesIt filled my house with a nice, sweet scentThe jar was so beautiful, it looks lovely in my kitchenI wasn't embarassedIt wasn't cheap looking, but lovelyThe ring inside my candle was such a nice surprise! It's really pretty and sterling silverI definitely got more than my money's worth with this candleI am definitely going to order again and tell all my friends about them:)

I have purchased several/lots of Candles through *** *** and I absolutely love majority of the fragrancesAlthough to be honest, I'm not into any fragrances that deal wirh the smell of food (it just doesn't sit right with me)When I first start purchasing Candles from this company, their rings (although for the most part were Costume jewelry) were absolutely BeautifulSadly I have noticed that over the past few months the quality of the rings have deminishedBut to be honest, I truly don't purchase that candles in hopes to get that $ringI honestly like the fragrances of the Candles and I really enjoy the fact that each Candles burns for am extremely long timeI usually light the candle in the morning and burn it all day long, (constantly trimming the wick and making sure the jar doesn't get over heated) and each candle can easily last me a week if not a bit longerSo most Definitely worth the money spentI have to add, that although I find the "chat" thing a bit annoying because it constantly seems to be in the wayThe Customer Service Rep "Jay" I usually get, is Definitely an extremely pleasant Individual to speak with and appears very knowledgeable if not, at least Honest if he is unsure of a productwhich I find admirable

I absolutely love Bella CandlesI have tried others and they don't smell as good or last as longI've seen on facebook people saying"they are to expensive for a candle." Or "the only rings I've received is $10-$20." Well for a good candle you are going to pay more and the ring is a bonus so really if it's a $ring your only paying $10-$for the candleI've never got a ring worth more than $20, but I like themIt adds a little more romance and mystery to itI tell my friends to buy them all the timeThe soap is wonderful tooThank you Bella for making buying candles a little bit cooler

Didn't get money back after sending all back and told from service they would put back charges and again never didThis place should really be SHUTDOWN!

I recently purchased my first Bella CandleIt was the Fabulous AmsterdamThe scent was awesome and it burned for a very long timeMy ring, although not expensive, was very prettyThe candle itself was worth the $and the ring was just a bonusAfter getting my ring out, I was so pleased that I then ordered more candles and joined the membershipThe shipment arrived today and I love all the scentsI lit the Relaxation Oasis and my entire family loves the smellSo, whatever ring I get will once again, just be a little bonusI will anxiously await my candles each month

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Ordered candles all broke and smashed glass everywhereI received a box of glassI immediately call customer service they don't answer or return my callI do live chat where I'm told I have to take pictures of the broken candlesSo now I got to open all the candles with glass everywhere and I'm bleedingI send pictures no response, then I live chat and told to take pictures of box and packaging after it's all in garbage covered in glassI send allAll candles put back in boxes and are in garbagehours later told I need to show all candles in one pictureStill have not gotten replacement or refundCustomer service was awful and rudeWorst customer serviceI do not recommend ordering unless you want a box full of glass that you have to take pictures of non stop all day I feel like customer service doesn't believe me that they arrived all smashed and really don't care about the horrible experience they are giving meAlso they respond very slow which wastes so much time and leads to poor communication

I ordered the free candle all I had to pay was $posttage and handlingWhen I received the candle the bottem of the glass was brokenI have sent an email and haven't heard backi am scared they will try to use my credit cardI am alerting the card company so they can watchI might even cancle that card and let them send me another one

I have ordered well over a dozen of these candles..the rings are pretty, and the candles seem like they burn forever !! I am a candle addict!! I' ordered like candles and soaps around Christmas time to give for gifts, and I ended up ordering more, cause I didn't want to give them up!! LolMy favorite is "Spring Blooming " (so far)", however, they all smell so true to their names..I gave my daughter an "Apple Pie" candle cause she's so picky about scents, and she is thrilled with it! Says it smells just like the pie! Not only that, but her ring was valued at $50..lucky girl! I haven't got one under $25...they are all pretty..I'm trying the earrings next..everybody I gave a candle to for Christmas says its the best gift ever..its fun waiting to get to your ring inside
I see quite a few posts out there from people complaining they got earrings instead of a ring..Folks..if you just tap on "earrings" it will give you the option..that simple!
Also, I have not had a single problem with shipping or receiving!!!
My shipments have come as scheduled and I am thrilled when I get them!!

Bella Candles so far for me has been great,I love the candles,I love my rings and even ordered more for my daughter.I have to say to the others that you read always the fine print on anything.When you buy a house you read the fine print,anything that is free or anything you order on the computer read the fine print then you wouldn't be stuck in the rut your in.In my eyes this is the person's fault for not reading the fine print,not Bella Candles Fault.They have been great with me and any question I have is always answered right away within an hour via messaging on my phone...I give them plus stars for the great service,great candles,and great beautiful rings..Again thank you Bella Candles I will be back to order more in the future
