First off, I absolutely adore [redacted] Candles. The scents are not only amazing, they make my entire room smell like whichever one I choose to burn! My most recent experience started with a broken in transit candle. I contacted the support team, and within a matter of 2 hours and a couple of pictures, I had a new candle on the way... and they didn't even ask that I return the broken one!! Thank you for all of your help and your courteous customer service representatives

Stay away from this shabby company!!! I order two candles over two weeks ago and have not received them yet and they advertise fast shipping!!, no one answers the phone at customer service or calls you back. I have left numerous emails about my order only to get off the wall answers back that have nothing to do with my questions. I was promised a free small candle then the next day was told no??? I will Never order from this company again!!!!!!

BELLA CANDLES ARE VERY GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL TIMES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY HELPFUL. THE CANDLES ARE VERY AROMATIC AND JEWELRY IS BEAUTIFUL.. WHAT WOMAN WOULDN'T LIKE A SURPRISE IN THERE CANDLE. JEWELRY IS BEAUTIFUL. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 10 STARS.

I was gifted some soap recently and discovered a ring in my rose soap. The soap is excellent and very aromatic. Unfortunately my ring did not have a paper slip with a code on it to determine it's value. Tish responded quickly to my request and answered my question. She was very professional yet friendly and made my experience stress free.

I had initially had a problem with my Bella Candle order but was pleasantly surprised when I contacted the company and Tish helped to get things back on track. I Love Bella Candles and I'm excited to get the balance of my order. Thanks again to Tish for all her help and patience.

I ordered 8 candles on the 25th of December 2014 and as of date 1/6/2015 I have not received them. I realize that it was the holidays, but when I contacted them a week ago, they said please be patient, that they were waiting for their shipment of candles. I sent another e-mail today for an update, and if they do not have a tracking number in one week, I will ask for my money back.

I absolutely love these candles. There's the best. I get some many compliments on hire my house smells so good and I tell them that it's my Bella candle that I have burning!!! These are they only candles I buy now. They smell amazing and on top on that and making your whole house smell delicious you get a surprise in side the candle, a ring ganging from like $20 to $40,000 or even more. The ring I in vendor was worth $20 I was sooo happy! I was very happy with my purchase will Bella candles and I will be purchasing many more!!

I love Bella Candles I have ordered 10 or more I have never had a problem with them or the candles the candles are great smelling and burn for a long time the bonus rings are sterling silver and are made well with good taste I have been 100 percent satisfied

Complete rip-of! This company claims to have real .925 sterling jewelry in their candles, and I have received 3 rings made of nickel (german silver). Total scam, please don't waste your time. The candles themselves are of average quality.

Awesome service. Received a broken candle, they replaced it the same day.

Just wanted to give anyone considering ordering from this company a heads up. I got a link in an email for a free candle from this company. All I had to do was pay shipping so I thought okay why not give it a try. Well a month later and I get a charge on my credit card for $49.99 and then a separate charge of $2.99. Unbeknownst to me they signed me up for a monthly Club program as they call it when I talked to them. They insisted that I had to have accepted the agreement or I would not have gotten the Free candle. I always read the fine print and no where is it on their site. No amount of candles will cover up the stench of their business practice,

I unfortunately received a damaged candle in the mail. I imediately went to the website to look for help and at the bettom of the page a chat box came up. it was Jay. he instantly replied to my concerns. told me what to take ppictures of and right then and there began processing a replacement candle! :) he managed to make me feel like continuing their monthly candle club!

They have great candles and they make my house smell amazing. They burn for along time and the jewelry is beautiful

Bella candles are beautiful candles not only the smell but they package these candles with lovely containers and outstanding boxes ready to give as a gift.

I am so happy & pleased with the way Bella Candles treated me. I had ordered a candle & our postal service I guess threw the box around & broke the candle glass so bad that I couldn't burn the candle, thanks to Bella they asked me to send them pictures & they would review. Well they said they would send me another but didn't have the kind I wanted so I told them to surprise me & they did. They sent me a Wildflower candle & it smells beautiful. I just can not put into words how grateful I am for them to just review the pictures & ready to replace my candle. It was so nice not to have to ship it back & to go through all the lengthy tape to return something that was damaged by someone else. Thank you Bella, you are truly a great company with good people working for you. I will happily order more.
