Ms [redacted] ,I have researched your claim and it appears that ***, one of the owners has already responded to your issue From the notes I have, the first credit was for a Burberry coat that we didn't have a record of receiving At that time we made a decision to credit you the $as you have been a valued customer.The second or new issuedresses that were claimed as missingThey had been cleaned by us in the past and have id's in our system At the time of the claim of them missing, we did not receive them into our system As [redacted] said in his letter to you we cannot reimburse you for those as we never received them as discussed back in of October At the close of his letter he offered you a compromise that is our offer of resolution.If you have further questions you can email [redacted] at ***@zoots.comSincerely,Zoots Dry Cleaning

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below This response does not satisify mycomplaintI have been in contact with multiple “customer service”representatives, who not only are all giving me differentinformation, but are so unbelievably rude and unhelpful that I haveno faith that anything they are claiming is trueThe owner refusedto tell me what his plan for “taking care” of my boots was, andonly after I asked four timesdid he conceed and reply that they were being sent back to the exactsame center that damaged them to begin withThe claims manager hadtold me that they were being cleaned by an individual, and the ownersaid they were notI have been given no concrete information, notracking numbers, no estimated time of completionThere is no rush,no expedited service, and they have had my boots for over days,since 8/31/I have no idea where my property is, or if they areeven being sent outIn the event that they are sent back to the same“cleaning” center, they were already damaged there and I have noreason to believe they are capable of undoing the damage they alreadycausedI am being given the run around, and I am nearly positivethat the boots will not bereturned to me in the condition they were sent in Regards, [redacted]

Ms. [redacted] ,To try to get you the best resolution to the ***. We had them reprocessed to attend to the areas in question and returned to the store. We did see some improvement but the damage previous to the first cleaning could not be corrected. We noticed that you have received the boots and we are closing the issue. Thank you Zoots.

Hi ***,To explain the garment issue better. We receive thousands of garments every week. We depend on the manufacture's labels for guidance. There are manufacturer defects in garments that we cannot see ahead of time. They don't present themselves many times until they go thru the cleaning process. It may take several cleanings for some to show too. The variables are wide. We do pull garments before cleaning everyday that have inherent issues that we can see. Your issue is unforeseeable and therefore we couldn't have informed you ahead of time. No matter how much we would have liked too.We gain no pleasure in having an unsatisfied customer. Ms***,According to our records the store called you to inform you the boots were ready and were much improved. A message was left on 10/8/15.The boots were picked up at the store on 10/9/15.We believe if there had been any further concerns that they would have been addressed at the store then.As it has almost been a month since your last contact we are considering the issue closed.Sincerely,Zoots

There have been no attempts to contact me - via the phone number provided to your company or emailThe boots were sent out again and the back of the boots in particular look just as damaged as beforeI have attached the images of the before and after of the boots. This is absolutely unacceptableThe attempts to continually "close" the complaint without making any efforts or attempts to rectify the issue is a clear indication of the lack of customer service or level of quality service.

Hi ***, I am sorry that the way your issue was handled did not go well. Your garment experience a dye issue that can happen. There is really no way that we could foresee that happening. It is a short coming of the way the garment was made. The attachment that wasn't in
the email was also printed and attached to your garment. It explains the defect in the blazer from industry professionals. There is nothing more we can do in the form of restitution. I am sorry that for some reason you didn't get the attachment. We will attempt to have it resent to you via your email address and it is attached to your complaint here.Sincerely, Zoots
