[You seem to not be fully informed and I ask that you speak with your president. I have responded to his letter and have responded with a suggested resolution. He has refused to accept what is a fair resolution. As you know by looking at my payment history, I am a customer that spends between $500 to over $1,000 a month on dry cleaning. I have asked that we resolve this issue by agreeing that my outstanding payment for the last month of service ($739.65) be used to compensate me for the $758.00 worth of clothes you've lost). If you are now willing to accept these terms we can each go our separate ways.  ]

Ms. [redacted],To try to get you the best resolution to the [redacted]. We had them reprocessed to attend to the areas in question and returned to the store.  We did see some improvement but the damage previous to the first cleaning could not be corrected.  We noticed that you have received the boots and we are closing the issue.  Thank you Zoots.

Ms. [redacted],I have researched your claim and it appears that [redacted], one of the owners has already responded to your issue.  From the notes I have, the first credit was for a Burberry coat that we didn't have a record of receiving.  At that time we made a decision to credit you the $700 as...

you have been a valued customer.The second or new issue... dresses that were claimed as missing. They had been cleaned by us in the past and have id's in our system.  At the time of the claim of them missing, we did not receive them into our system.  As [redacted] said in his letter to you we cannot reimburse you for those as we never received them as discussed back in of October 2015.  At the close of his letter he offered you a compromise that is our offer of resolution.If you have further questions you can email [redacted] at [redacted]@zoots.comSincerely,Zoots Dry Cleaning

[This response does not make sense. If you did not receive the items, how do you know what the item number is? Additionally,Zoots told me that YOU DID RECEIVE the items and delivered them, now you are changing your story that you never received?.]

I do not accept this response. If there was an issue with the garment fabric, I should not have been charged for the dry cleaning service. I also do not find it professional that you hold the consumer responsible for the type of clothing that they purchase. If Zoots thought there would be an issue cleaning this garment, they should have informed me beforehand, and instructed me to claim the garment before any cleaning was done. This was not handled in a professional manner.

This response does not satisify mycomplaint. I have been in contact with multiple “customer service”representatives, who not only are all giving me differentinformation, but are so unbelievably rude and unhelpful that I haveno faith that anything they are claiming is true. The owner refusedto tell me what his plan for “taking care” of my boots was, andonly after I asked four timesdid he conceed and reply that they were being sent back to the exactsame center that damaged them to begin with. The claims manager hadtold me that they were being cleaned by an individual, and the ownersaid they were not. I have been given no concrete information, notracking numbers, no estimated time of completion. There is no rush,no expedited service, and they have had my boots for over 30 days,since 8/31/2015. I have no idea where my property is, or if they areeven being sent out. In the event that they are sent back to the same“cleaning” center, they were already damaged there and I have noreason to believe they are capable of undoing the damage they alreadycaused. I am being given the run around, and I am nearly positivethat the boots will not bereturned to me in the condition they were sent in.
