It seems that Mrand Mrs*** attended a presentation for *** *** *** and claim they were promised several gifts during that presentation, that were not honoredUnfortunately, since we are only providing the licensed technology and customer service for reservations booked using our technology, we will not be able to provide gifts promised by *** *** *** during their sales presentation. SaveOnResorts.com is not associated with the marketing or sales of the *** *** *** membership. into the website and booked the selected flightAs mentioned, this is not an

possible for the system change or modify information from the booking page to
the confirmation". They're absolutely right, their team did NOT assist in booking. In fact, no one at *** helped with this flightThe flight was actually booked thru an outfit called ***. Nowhere is an alert stating that you're booking through a third party, the website appears exactly the same as ***'s website.]

Hello, Thank you so much for contacting usWe would like to begin with saying that SOR Technology is not Club Exploria MarketplaceSOR Technology solely provides technology services and customer service for reservations that are booked through the Club Exploria Marketplace platform/ website
A reservation was placed in the name of Mr*** *** *** on 12/5/for *** *** ResortThe reservation was booked for a three bedroom unit and the total cost of the reservation was $1,891.82. At the time of placing the reservation, 12/5/5:29:PM, Mr*** agreed to the Terms and Conditions, which state that in the case a reservation becomes unavailable, alternative accommodations can be offered, which may require additional fees, or a full refund may be issued for the total monies paid. On, 12/13/17, we received notification that this property had over booked and these dates were no longer availableThe same day, we reached out to Mr*** to inform him and assist with re booking but he was not available at the time of callWe left a detailed message and sent an email as wellOn 12/14/and 12/15/we attempted to reach them again, but no luckWe left a messages and sent emails during both attempts to contact Mr***. Mrs*** called in on 12/15/and was upset that her travel dates had come back as not availableWe offered assistance with re booking, but the same rates were no longer availableWe apologized for any inconveniences that were caused and member then demanded a refundWe let her know that she is entitled to a full refund based on her terms and conditions, so the funds were released in the full amount of $1,891.82, on 12/15/at 12:07:PM. We then attempted to reach out on 12/16/17, 12/19/17, and 12/23/to see if Mrs*** needed assistance with re booking, but we were not able to reach her successfullyA representative reached Mrs*** yesterday to offer assistance with re booking, but she said she no longer needed assistance as she was able to find alternative accommodationsMrs*** thanked us for the call and then ended the call before our representative could assist further. The reason this is not acceptable is that, on one hand, they admit I was offered something I did not receive, and on the other, they are attempting to offer me the same coupon that their affiliate business offered and I rejected as a scam.If they are not the same company, I ask them (and have asked them) to give me the contact number for the company that promised me the service, and they have not done so When I go to the Travel Savings Passport website, which is where the coupon I received may be redeemed, it is SaveOnResorts contact info on that page and not another company When I searched on the WhoIs lookup, it is their own company that is listed as owners of the website If they can put me in touch with other alleged owners who are responsible for this advertisement, then why don't they? Also, if they heard the sales pitch tape, which means they are affiliated with the people who recorded the tape, they did not apparently hear all or phone conversations I had with the company prior to the sales pitch I will not allow them to mislead people, and will seek redress online in other forums, if necessary

I actually laughed when I read their responseI did contact them the first time on October but did not hear from anyone in returnThey have never initiated a return call until our complaintHowever in one of my calls to *** ** *** *** *** they offered me double points back for our problemWhich I refused. NEVER did they offer to reschedule for the same price, offer a full refund or try to make it rightexample another trip at the same price later onAccording to my notes I spoke with *** their customer relations representative, times and with other agents or timesAs well as our lawyer who tried to get a supervisor this Friday with NO successand with the same out come as when I asked for a manager or supervisorWe have no one here for you to speak with we have to email them for a callbackNO CALL BACK until the complaint was lodgedThey (Miss ***Co called from ***) called yesterday, Friday, November 6,2015 after our lawyer tried to contact them from his officeThey then offered a full refund of the ticket price of $and I asked what about the hotel ($149.82) they said they would refund that as well in full I accepted those items ,but we still want our membership cancelled and refunded in full plus the renewal fee($5,and $477.06)> The young lady them asked me to email a letter to request a refund for the membership fees which I have doneNo response as of today November As far as we are concerned only half of the problem has been rectified and we would need the membership fees returned to close this complaintThanking you in advance for all your help in this stressful matter*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. ***I appreciate that my situation has been resolved - but I do want to say that the Revdex.com should research deeper into the connection between Best Value Getaways and SavOn ResortsI find it hard to believe that there are so many complaints connecting these two companies and SavOn can state that all they supply is technology for Best ValuePer a conversation I had with the representative at SavOn Resorts technology is not the only service supplied to Best Value they also supply customer service and connections with resortsIn the seminar meeting my husband and I attended there were two other attendeesOne left after the presentation - and there was another senior woman (best guess 75+) who was signing up the the program (paying 4,500.00)I think the Revdex.com should also be concerned about the scam played on our Seniors who are typically on fixed incomes just wanting to find something that will stretch their dollars.AGAIN I AM NOT CONVINCED THAT SAVON RESORTS IS AS INNOCENT AS THEY ARE PLAYING TO BE - AND I BELIEVE IF THE Revdex.com WERE TO DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE THEY WOULD FIND THE CONNECTION.

We were able to
obtain a copy of the recording from the
marketing company that offered the $couponWe can conclude from this
recording that Mr*** was informed that he would receive a $credit
toward hotels by a marketing company referred to as *** ***
In an attempt to resolve the issue, we reached out to the
marketing company and requested that they provide resolution to the issueWe
also contacted Mr*** and offered to issue Mr*** a $savings code,
however he was insistent on receiving the $hotel creditSince we did not
make the initial offer to Mr***, we do not feel we should be responsible
for the fulfillment of the gift that was promised
The $hotel certificate that was promised was offered by
a marketing company, completely unaffiliated with SaveOnResorts.comWe did not
have any say in the marketing, presentation or solicitation of the certificate
We would like our name, SaveOnResorts.com, LLC, to be removed from this
complaint, as we have no affiliation with the marketing company that issued the
certificate
