I am responding to the notification received for the
rejected consumer complaint filed by Mr*** *** (complaint ID ***)
The outside marketing company that explained the Travel
Savings Passport as being a credit versus a savings code, is not claiming
responsibility for the accusationSaveOnResorts.com has been completely
straight forward about our product, Travel Savings Passport and what we can
offerAlthough SaveOnResorts.com is unaffiliated with the marketing company,
Global Travel, who made the “$credit” offer to the member, we understand
why Mr*** feels SaveOnResorts.com should be responsible for issuing the
$credit
We have attempted to contact Mr*** via phone and email
and propose a solution, which would allow him to book $worth of travel, at
the hotel, resort or accommodation of his choosing, however we have yet to hear
back
We would like to apologize that the Travel Savings Passport
product was misrepresented and we want to ensure that Mr*** is satisfied
with the outcome of this complaintWe encourage Mr*** to contact our team
so that we can provide a resolution to this complaint

I am responding to the notification received for the consumer
complaint filed by Ms*** *** (complaint ***)The filed complaint
states that the flight that Ms*** booked was not the same flight that the appeared
on the confirmation and therefore
would like a refund for the flight
After a thorough investigation, it does not appear to be an
internal error in our systemIt is not possible for the system change or
modify information from the booking page to the confirmation
We attempted to reach out to the member on several occasions
to speak with her about her options for the reservationWe called the member
at (253)468-on August 6, and August 7, to explain her options however
we were unable to reach her on both attempts
We also reached out to Ms*** via email on August 6,
and August 7, to offer compensation, in the form of double reward credits
for any inconvenience this may have caused
SaveOnResorts.com has attempted to reach Ms*** and offered
to provide double the reward credits of the booked reservationWe hope that she

[I am not the owner of the account? I find it incredibly insulting and seemingly par for course that *** did not even bother to check who the actual account owner was? By offering double rewards credit, they're rewarding the account holder, my father? I am the beneficiary of the account? Double rewards are completely worthless to me when I have no way of redeeming them.]

I am currently working with someone from Save-On-Resorts who is assisting me with contacting *** *** ***.? I finally got a call from *** *** *** today which is a huge accomplishment and after that person researches my complaint, hopefully I will be able to get both the complaints on Save-On-Resorts and *** *** *** resolved.? Time will tell?

Hello,This member contacted us on October 29th regarding the flight reservation in question? Once we confirmed that this error was caused by our vendor, we spoke to them on November 5th, and informed them that if they needed to cancel the flight, we would issue a full refund? If they
elected to keep the flight, we would still refund them 50% of the cost for the confusion caused by our flights vendor? The customer elected to receive the full refund, which has been processed and the customer informed? They will see the full amount of the flight, $USD, post back to their account within - business days? With regards to the cost of their membership, SaveOnResorts.com did not sell them their membership, so we are unable to offer any refund associated with their membership purchase? With regards to their September vacation, that matter is unrelated to their flight booking? They completed that vacation without issue to our knowledge? The men who were making this presentation were selling memberships to SaveonResorts.com? I think it disingenuous for SaveonResorts.com to suggest that they know nothing of the efforts these con artists were making on their behalf? When I spoke on the phone with the representative of SaveonResorts.com, I was told they were going to conduct an investigation, to include contacting hotel personnel where the sales event was held? They aren’t telling the whole story? Unless I am made whole in this matter through the issuance and receipt of a $prepaid [redacted] card, as was promised, I intend to refer the matter in a formal complaint to Attorney General Pam Bondi, State of Florida.Thank You for your continued attention to my complaint.? If they are connected with [redacted],? as printed in our brochure they should be able to give us a contact ,number, address or location for us to further cut ties with this company and they have not been able to give us this informationHow can that be? If they are involved with the company as is printed on our information packet ,they have the? responsibilities to uphold any consequences of that companies failure to uphold their part of the contractWe do accept the refund of the air fare and hotel charges, but still want a refund of all monies paid to, [redacted],$initial charge for membership and renewal of $total $Any help in resolving the whole problem is much appreciated
