0pt; margin-bottom: 5pt;">I fielded a call from [redacted] requesting my assistance to a matter she was unhappy with. She explained to me her concerns. I was told about her concern from another sales manager who had talked with her earlier in the day. Anticipating I would be assisting with her concern, began to interview the parties involved with her transaction. I interviewed both our sales associate and our accessories specialist at different times and they both had similar stories. In short, I was told that they both had talked with [redacted] regarding remote start and asked her if she would like to add it. She told both of them that she did not want to at this time and if she changed her mind, she would do it in Maine.
I am very sorry that [redacted] feels we misinformed her. We do however feel that we did let her know upfront that she could add the remote start. She declined at that time and therefore, we will remain with our original decision and will not be paying for her to add the remote start.
If there are any further questions regarding this matter, please direct them to my attention.

I used the order form enclosed with my son's sea monkey kit to order some more food and other supplies for his sea monkeys and sent it off. My check was cashed on January 10th. I've heard nothing since, I've received nothing since, and the company has made it virtually impossible to contact them. I will be sending a letter as well, but I doubt they will respond.

Review: On Oct 30, 2013 I wrote a check for $12 to order more sea monkey food and some other supplies. My check was promptly cashed on Nov 5, 2013, and I have yet to receive my order. I am frustrated because I am almost completely out of food now and have not heard anything from the company nor do I have any way to contact them.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive the items that I paid for as soon as possible. Before my boy's sea monkey don't make it because I run out of food.

Review: On January 26, 2013 I mailed a check to Transcience Corp. to order Sea-Monkey supplies for my 9 year old grandson. As of yet 2-24-13 we have not received any of the supplies or any feedback staing it is on its way. I am very disappointed. Do you know if this is a legitimate business and that we should be receiving something soon? If not, I will need to file something staing they are frauds. Please advise...[redacted]Desired Settlement: The owe us the products ordered or my check back.

Review: I mailed a check (#[redacted] for $48) on April 11, 2014 and purchased several items for my daughters sea monkeys (one of the items which was medicine for them if they are sick. Since then she has had 3 of them die). They cashed my check 11 days later, and as of today May 7,2014, we have not received any items ordered. There are no emails or phone calls regarding where our order is or even if we will be receiving it. The number listed for this company does not work and there is no other way to contact them except by mail in which they do not respond any ways! I would like my products to be sent to us ASAP as there are no other companies to order these necessary items from. Such poor business practice to advertise something and then "steal" from the consumer. Shame on them! If this is not bad enough, they now have my personal information pertaining to identity and bank information!Desired Settlement: I think they should make good and deliver their product in a timely manner and send out email confirmations as to when to expect the items. If they can not deliver the items, then I would expect a full refund.

Review: I found this company online to purchase food and supplies for the Sea Monkeys I bought my daughter for Christmas. On 2/12/14, I sent a check for $20 to purchase 2 Growth Food, 1 Sea Diamonds, and 1 Red Magic Vitamins. The check was cashed on 2/24/14. I did not receive my product so on 3/12/14, I called one of the numbers on your Revdex.com page. I spoke with [redacted]. He asked me to email him the information which I did. I have emailed [redacted] 5 times since 3/13/14. He continues to say I will receive my product but I have not. It is now 4/2/14 and I still don't have the product that I paid for. My sea monkeys are going to die waiting on the food. I am almost out of food.Desired Settlement: I want to receive my product and also assurance that the next time I order, I will receive my product quickly and without having to spend all this time following up.

Review: I ordered $24.00 worth of merchandise from the company. I have not received them. The check is [redacted] drawn on [redacted] bank. The check has cleared. I cannot contact the company because the number listed is disconnected. Would like to have my order filled or my money returned.Desired Settlement: Give me my order.

Review: on September 11, 2014 I sent a check # [redacted] for the amount of $21 to Transcience corporation to order more food and supplies for my son's sea monkeys. The check was cashed 9/30/14 and I have not received the products I ordered. This company has NO phone number, NO e-mail, NO fax and NO way of contacting them but by regular letters.

I have sent two letters requesting the products I purchase and I am yet to get a response. My son is devastated because his sea monkeys are dying without food. This company shouldn't be allowed to have a website or a running business scamming people.Desired Settlement: I will also be happy with a refund check for the $21.00.

It's ridiculous a company runs a business like this scaming people and lying to children, somethings needs to be done.
