Transcience Corp. (Sea-Monkeys - Parts and Supplies)

Review: on September 11, 2014 I sent a check # [redacted] for the amount of $21 to Transcience corporation to order more food and supplies for my son's sea monkeys. The check was cashed 9/30/14 and I have not received the products I ordered. This company has NO phone number, NO e-mail, NO fax and NO way of contacting them but by regular letters.

I have sent two letters requesting the products I purchase and I am yet to get a response. My son is devastated because his sea monkeys are dying without food. This company shouldn't be allowed to have a website or a running business scamming people.Desired Settlement: I will also be happy with a refund check for the $21.00.

It's ridiculous a company runs a business like this scaming people and lying to children, somethings needs to be done.

Review: We ordered two sea monkey packets of food on 4/21/13, they cashed our check # [redacted] on 4/30/13 for the amount of $9.90 and they never sent us the sea monkey food.

We sent them a letter requesting the food and we left a phone message with [redacted].Desired Settlement: We would like to get our sea monkey food or a refund.

Review: I placed an order and my check has been cashed but have yet to receive product.Desired Settlement: I want my check of $15.50 refunded.

Review: On January 27, 2013 I sent in an order for some supplies to expand my daughter's sea monkey tank. The check cleared through my bank on February 4, 2013 I just received the order last week. Among other things, I ordered 4 of Item #23 Jumbo Living Plasma, a water purifier. What they sent was 4 of Item #24 Plasma III, some type of enhancement food. There is no phone number or email address listed on either the website, or on order forms for contact. They did, however, send a note for another item I ordered that they were out of, but had substituted with something similar.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive the product I actually ordered or the tank size equivalent (1 gallon, or 10 packets) of water purifier #1 . If they do this I will gladly send the Plasma III (#24) back.

Review: I mailed a check and an order form to Transcience Corp. on April 10th, 2013. The check was cashed soon after. As of today, May 9th, 2013, I still have not received my order. The order was for "Sea-Monkey" food and the little fellows are rapidly running out. No local pet supply store sells this particular form of powdered algae.Desired Settlement: I would like this order expedited. In addition, there is no way to contact Transcience Corp. directly (no phone number or web customer contact option). The company requests that customers send a self-addressed stamped envelope to obtain order information. It seems rather absurd to still be reliant on the SASE in 2013.

Review: I purchased Sea Monkeys Kit and on the box it says Sea Monkey Guarantee, Send $1 plus SASEto get replacement eggs. I sent a check for $1 and a SASE and have not received the eggs. Transcience has not responded to my correspondence.Desired Settlement: For them to send me the product they promised. They cashed my check and have the return postage as well

Review: I order $24.00 worth of products from this company in early May of this year via USPS and paid by check. The check was cashed immediately after they received it. I never received my products in the mail. I attempted to call the business' telephone # only to find out that the number had been disconnected! I not only consider this a complaint but mail fraud as well - in which I intend to pursue if this company does not delivery my product as agreed upon on there website.Desired Settlement: immediate delivery of order .

Review: I sent this company my order over a month ago. I have yet to receive my product that I paid for, and I am becoming frustrated. I am also starting to believe this Company is not a real company because there is no way to contact them via e-mail or phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order.

Review: I wrote a check and mailed it along with the form to purchase supplies for my Sea Monkeys from this company. They received my check and cashed my check and after 4 weeks I never received the item. I called a number I found on the internet for the company in California. A gentleman answered and said that he owned the company and would make sure I received the item. Two weeks later with no item, I called the gentleman back and he hung up on me. I have tried contacting the number for Maryland and it is either busy, an answering service comes on, or it asks for a code to be input. I am still waiting to receive my item.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item I purchased which was for 2 food measuring and feeding spoons. If that cannot happen, I would like a full refund.

Review: I placed an Order about 1 month ago and my check was cashed for 33.00 and I have yet to receive the products. I ordered an executive sea monkey set and a professional hobby center as gifts and the date to give the gifts have long since passed.Desired Settlement: I would like to know where my products are.
