We recently used Transit Systems and were very happy with their service We found their customer service to be excellent The delivery men were very reliable and careful with our delivery We would use this company again

We quickly got a quote and questions answeredWe shipped from the terminal and they were great people and professional tooThe furniture we shipped arrived on time and the items were just like they were when shipped, no problems at allWe had dreaded having to ship barn wood furniture - it's big and heavy, Transit Systems made it easy and helped make it a smooth processOverall it was a positive experience, we highly recommend them

This company was attentive and efficient every step of the way From the first voice on the phone, to the last mover and followup after delivery, I was impressed and pleased with the excellent customer service provided I can highly recommend Transit Systems for anyone who desires a seamless moving experience

From our sales manager: Hi ***, when I look at this and boil it down it looks like this rgb(31, 73, 125);">Booked on the 11/Picked up 11/(days from booking) Thanksgiving holiday Christmas New Years Delivered 1/ She called in here business days from pick up, looking for delivery That tells me she didn’t look at her paperwork or have any understanding of the service She did not get a return call from us to follow up her call in She did get emails from us We delivered in weeks from pick up with holidays in there Also pick up was remote MN, and delivery was remote, Utah So not sure where what her expectations were if she was calling in days after pick up to get her delivery

My experience with Transit Systems, Incwas very favorable from start to finishFirst I used their online service calculator to get an estimate, then I fine tuned that estimate with a phone call to the TSI agent assigned to my quote She was awesome, helped me narrow down the amount being moved and the cost including home piand delivery to a 3rd floor, no elevator on premises, apartment! TSI's service was great and far less expensive than local vendors The boxes were collected and delivered on time with no losses and no breakage I highly recommend TSI's services, they made our move as near perfect as is possible

My experience with Transit Systems was superb! When my 100+ year-old mother passed away, I was faced with the task of getting her beautiful bedroom furniture (purchased by my dad and mom when they married in 1937) to my brother who lives in FtWorth, TX I live in OregonThe furniture is somewhat fragile (lots of unique veneer patterns) and the vanity has an attached mirror that's one-of-a-kindA friend who had experience with shipping large but fragile antiques suggested I call Transit Systems Fortunately I called and was connected to Carol who was able to explain everything in detail...how the items would be picked up by two men who would dismantle and pack each itemShe said I would be notified about two week prior to pick up, and would receive a phone call from the guys the night before, giving me the approximate time of their arrivalI e-mailed Carol several times with various questionI always received a prompt reply in which she answered all of my questions and responded to my concerns She was my contact person throughout the entire move Of course I knew her work schedule and didn't expect a reply on the days she did not work; however, I had a number to call if I needed an immediate answer Ever person with whom I spoke listened patiently to my concerns and took the time to explain the detailsI knew it might take up to two weeks for delivery My brother was contacted a few days prior to delivery, and the night beforeMy sister-in-law was home when the furniture arrived The men were wonderful she related...taking the furniture up stairs and placing it where she wanted it Every piece was inspected as it was unpacked There were no damagesShe was delighted with the politeness and attention to every detail I think this was "white glove" service at it's best

I was mistaken in my initial response, the carrier did not do any packing I have reached out to them for a response to the complaint Please keep in mind that these crews are over the road drivers and have several pick-ups and deliveries that they are responsible for There is a lot of logisitcs involved and on occassion, loads need to be rearranged to fit into a particular trip route Although it is rare, human error does occur and items are mistakenly delivered to the wrong client From the carrier: This was a last minute book that we picked up With the cable wires it is the requirement to make sure that the cables are higher than 13’3” to allow for safe passage of trucksOur drivers responsibility is to make sure they don’t hit what’s on the roadIf she contacts their local utility company they should take care of it with no charge She was scheduled to deliver on the evening of the 26th or the first thing on 27thShe contacted your office at AM on the 25th to see when would be coming at that point it wasn’t locked in but we texted to the drivers to give her a call later in the today which she states occurred in her complaint As far as the crushed boxes we have sent her claim forms and we will address the claim once we receive them backOur claims department spoke to her several times last weekWe always say in our chargeback that we can not process the claim until funds are verified and payment is received in whole so it is important that this chargeback does not prevent us from moving forward with this and they release the funds to youAlso our office did not provide any packing services for this customer which seems to be the majority of broken items We have also been in touch to pickup the items that were incorrectly deliveredShe left them on the back porch because she is no longer in Florida

Loved the experience from Transit Systems Incthere service was exceptional!!! From scheduling my pick up to the delivery it was a positive experienceI had my daughters mattress picked up from Kalamazoo MIand delivered to Phoenix AZwonderful drivers as wellThanks again!!??

The customer did not note at time of delivery that there was damage on delivery He notified us days later that the item had damages The insurance needs notification either on delivery or within hours of delivery He missed his window to submit a claim The dispatch agent called the customer and did not hear back We called the dispatcher and confirmed the correct phone number Days in transit are not guaranteed but In good faith we refunded him $for the late delivery Days in transit are not guaranteedThe terms and conditions that were sent to him and he digitally signed are attached It pretty much clears up all of the accusations that he has made against us

Very pleased with the company, customer service and serviceIt was easy to call, get a quote, and call back with questionsI was given good time estimates of when my shipment would be picked up and delivered to meI appreciated the delivery men calling me to tell me when they would arrive when they were on their wayThey were polite and friendly to me and my toddlerThey brought everything in carefully without tearing up my walls and offered to put the furniture togetherVery pleased overall and will use this service in the futureThank you

First, yes, our sales rep left on maternity leave, but she made her clients aware that she was leaving and that they could rely on our support team as well as other sales reps if issues came up The pickup and delivery of this shipment were delayed but our dispatcher did their best to stay in touch with the client and let him know what to expect They did the best they could to accommodate him but sometimes things happen that are out of our control I did offer him a $refund for his inconvenience, which has been processed (transaction # [redacted] .) Yes, the shipment was put on a truck with other shipments because we consolidate shipments in order to cut down on price Sarah is a new worker at our carrier and in an attempt to appease the client after he screamed and cursed at her, she over promised the [redacted] of the rug When I spoke to management to get a clear indication of what was happening I was under the impression that John had been notified of the change in plans, instead of [redacted] the rug he is bringing it out on their next route to the west, it is expected to deliver next week We are aware of the missing box and the carrier is doing what they can to find it They are searching the warehouse and the manager has contacted every client on the route to ask if it was mistakenly left with their items They have confirmation from all but one client that it was not left with them The remaining client refuses to go through the boxes, which they moved to their barn, until they have time While we understand this is an inconvenience to wait, we cannot force their clients to search their boxes, we can only make the request and continue to check back with them The insurance company will not allow forms to be emailed but they were mailed out on the 19th and should have reached the client by now He has $10,of insurance with a $deductible As for his issue with not receiving calls back, we were not aware that he was in contact with the carrier as they were trying to work with him directly until he called our office over a week after the delivery happened When I was given the information I was in the middle of training a new employee and had to wait to call him back until after pm EST, that wasn’t quick enough for him so he called in about an hour before I had planned to call him Otherwise, when I spoke to him I did get back to him within the time frame that I told him I would In response to his requests 1- The carrier is doing everything they can to find the box They’re staying in contact with other clients and they’re searching their warehouse 2- People often claim that items are stolen when they have been lost or misplaced We have a long standing and strong relationship with this carrier, this is an exception to the rule in our eyes, which is why we continue to work with them 3- He will NOT receive a full refund We recognize that he has been inconvenienced but as we did complete the pickup and did deliver nearly all of the items there is no grounds for a full refund 4- The cost of the missing items is an issue he needs to handle with the insurance company directly The terms and conditions that were sent and difgitally signed by the customer are attached

And even if it was lbs, that's pounds that I should not have been charged; no matter how much it is First Transit Systems says i'm not charged for the pallets, now they say I AM charged for the palletsAnd you said yourself that after looking at the pictures of the pallets, you agreed there's no way pallets could equal lbs combinedTransit System needs to provide evidence that counters the invoice that I have showing the additional weigh included the pallets and not specifying the weight of the pallets or differentiating the amounts [redacted] ***

I needed to have an art object sent from Jacksonville, Flato Fairport NY It was located in a rental property I never saw the piece of art or the property I had no idea how to contact the renters, the size or weight of the object...I had no information to give Transit Systems other than the address and the rental agent They handled the entire process with one phone call from me In a few weeks my ceramic life size basset hound arrived at my door This dog originally belonged to Aldo Gucci and then was passed on to my uncle (his friend) It has very special meaning to me Transit system helped me with what I thought might be an impossible task and made it easy "Cristoforo" now sits in a place of honor in my home (placed there by the movers as he is quite heavy) I will be forever thankful to Transit Systems and their extremely competent staff

Although transit times are not guaranteed and we did send several emails, we are willing to refund $150 as a show of good will.

Transit Systems, Incis by far the most reasonable and most efficient grand transportation service I foundI entrusted them with a custom-built very long wood/glass and heavy display case with my parent's war medals and patchesThey picked up the crated case at my cousin's residence and within less than hrs, it traveled safely from CT to MOI am throughly impressed

I had very positive experience using transit systems from my very first contact with Mike H [redacted] whom I received excellent customer service from to the very final transaction with my furniture piece arriving from the east coast to my home here in ColoradoI would highly recommend this company; they deliver on their word and were very easy to work with

Transit Systems answered all my questions professionally before I engaged in business dealings with them They were early to pick up my shipment and on the other end they were prompt It was a great business experience

I just reviewed the paperwork from the carrier and agree that the weight could not have been more than pounds I am going to issue a credit back to the card on file for the $(assuming that [redacted] has not already done so) I apologize for the mix-up John T***Director of Operations
