This is a very good trusted place I can strongly recommend some one to service and repair your vehicle they are very nice people at this location they really care about your satisfaction they done a very good job on my transmission I have nothing negative to said from my experience for them also they are very affordable cause they did save me a lot of money compare from that place that I went before them

I purchased a transmission from Transmission Kings/Broad StAuto/ Star Transmissions located at *** ** *** **in Richmond Vaand received the wrong oneThe one I ordered went to a place in CaI was told that because of their mistake THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR SHIPPING which was a $charge I DID NOT GET THAT CREDITWhen I did the correct trasmission I had my mechanic install it and during the install he had notified me that the Transmission looked like it had not been rebuilt after noticing some red flagsHe installed it and the transmission made a horrible grinding noise coming from itI called the buisiness and talked to a Lloyd H*** and he immediatley told me that it sounded like a torque convertor issue, and guess what, he said that this part was not covered under their warrantyI purchased this torque convertor from them tooHe explained to me that the torque convertor was not part of the transmission and therfore he could nt do nothing for meAfter a few more conversations with him he had tried blaming my mechanic saying that he didnt have the TV cable adjusted properlyTrying everything to avoid a warranty claimI insisted on a refund and he agreed on a refund of monies once he had recieved the transmission back to his shopSo I sent the transmission back to their shopTheir shop recieved my transmission on March and Lloyd H*** still has not given me no credit or any monies to this date (8-23-2015)SO HE KEPT MY TRANSMISSION ALL MY MONEY TOO! As of today they owe me $for trans and convertor, $shipping, shipping cost back to them of $This does not cover what I paid my mechanic to install it and remove it! I URGE ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERALOF RICHMOND VAAND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM

Transmission King really did a wonderful job on my moms car. They had it towed, did all the breakdown on exactly evry detail. They are honest and compassionate about their work. I would highly recommend them. You cant go wrong with Transmission King 5 star service

I had a problem with my Transmission and after calling several places I took my Car to Transmission King. The reason I decided to take my car their is because they have been in the same location for over 30yrs plus [redacted] who answered the phone was Very Helpful and listened to my problem patiently. Once their they took care of me quickly and I felt I could trust them. I would not hesitate to go back and recommend them highly. Its not often these days you can be treated like a member of the Family when you need your car serviced but this is the level of Service you get when you go to Transmission King.

My shifter cable broke on thanksgiving. Since my car is a Toyota, the replacement part has to come from Toyota at $223. I checked for estimates and most places wanted to charge me anywhere from $300-$600 labor, in addition to the part. Transmission king took my call on thanksgiving and they promptly called me the next morning. They quoted $100 labor and the cost of the part which had to come from Toyota. What a fantastic company. I give them 10 stars!

This went on for a week. To update me on what both the dealer and the warranty co where doing. In the end.
