I had a very pleasant conversation with Stacy and explained the annual fee billing cycle more thoroughly I apologized for any confusion caused by the explanation our support staff provided and explained that if she decides to re-open her account with TransNational at any time in the future that we would credit her account for the full amount

We have reviewed all of the available options as described in my previous response with Joanne and all of these options remain available We are not able to accomodate Joanne's request in the manner she has described

We spoke to *** and explained that the account has been closed with no further charges as requested

Spoke with Joe and agreed to waive cancellation costs in exchange for the opportunity to work with him to find a rate plan that meets his needs

The initial contract term is years and it renews annually thereafter In the event that a business is closing or changing ownership, exceptions to the contract terms can be made on a case by case basis We also offer a price match guarantee and access to a wide range of point of sale
products, including the Shopkeep product chosen in this case In the even that a contract is terminated outside of the terms all fees will apply as indicated We do offer to refund any termination fees charged in the event that our services are reinstated We will follow up and review options with Joanne on Monday

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I was a long term customer and their annual renewal clause was buried in an 11+ page contractNo pro ration of the termination fee was offeredThis would be a reasonable response from the company.

This account is closed and all fees charged will be refunded We will contact *** on Monday to follow up and apologize for the frustration

We've contacted [redacted] and explained that the account has been closed and that there are no further fees that apply to his account at this time.  We also provided contact information to follow up in the event that there are any remaining unresolved issues.

This was a TransNational administrative error.  The account will be closed and all charges billed following the cancellation request will be refunded.  We are contacting Linda to explain and apologize for the frustration.

We've contacted Megan to apologize for any frustration we've caused and explain that upon researching her account we are issuing a refund of $299.40.
