they fixed the issues I had with the machines. I got my refund and accounts closed with no fee.

We have reviewed all of the available options as described in my previous response with Joanne and all of these options remain available.  We are not able to accomodate Joanne's request in the manner she has described.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We have reached out to Young [redacted] to explain that [redacted], the sales representative for the account has agreed to pay the $500 to close the account.  This amount will be credited this week.  The amount of $56.85 was charged for processing fees for the month of March....

While this amount appeared on the statement received in the beginning of April, the charges are always for the previous month's processing activity.  There will be no further charges for April.  This should resolve all concerns as indicated.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In addition I just got off the phone with Dennis and I will watch for an email confirming the closing and refunds due.  Furthermore we will look at our bank statements going forward to ensure that all promised refunds are executed. I appreciate Dennis's quick response and follow through after filing this complaint.
Sincerely,
Linda [redacted]

On 1/6/16 [redacted] accepted a credit card payment for [redacted] for an engine swap on a truck.  The transaction was a card not present, meaning the cardholder was not at the merchant’s business for the transaction, and the address verification did not match the cardholder’s card.  [redacted]...

[redacted]’s account was approved for card present transactions with a high transaction limit of $2,500, so this transaction was reviewed.  During our review, we learned that the engine the cardholder paid for with the above-mentioned transaction had “blown,” and the cardholder had returned it to [redacted] for repair.  We explained that given the size of the transaction and the fact that services had not been rendered for this sale that we would require documentation that the job had been completed and accepted by the cardholder before we would release the funds for this sale.  [redacted] was not happy with this explanation and explained that he intended to change processing providers. The transaction was ultimately reversed and [redacted] accepted another form of payment.Although TransNational acted in accordance with the processing regulations that govern the payments industry with respect to this transaction, and [redacted]’s actions violate the card processing agreement he signed, we are not comfortable with [redacted]’s business practices and will close this account without penalty.  This does not serve as a waiver of any of [redacted]’s responsibilities under the processing agreement.

We've contacted Jordan and explained that upon further review we've confirmed the exception made for his account by his sales representative.  The account is closed and no additional fees will be applied.

Both of [redacted] requests outlined in his initial complaint were met in my response, copied here below.  No further action will be taken at this time.Although TransNational acted in accordance with the processing regulations that govern the payments industry with respect to this transaction, and [redacted]’* actions violate the card processing agreement he signed, we are not comfortable with [redacted]’s business practices and will close this account without penalty.  This does not serve as a waiver of any of [redacted] responsibilities under the processing agreement.

the credit card processor was cancelled fast without any no fee.

I had a very pleasant conversation with Stacy and explained the annual fee billing cycle more thoroughly.   I apologized for any confusion caused by the explanation our support staff provided and explained that if she decides to re-open her account with TransNational at any time in...

the future that we would credit her account for the full amount.
