It’s not bout they prices that are way over charged cause it’s they business they charge what they want but when they take from people account and don’t want to refund they money back when work not done it’s sad…. Donot answer to them go online the process of getting your company on the road will be easy and cheaper just read what I should of did get to know the business your starting they not gonna teach you anything they just gonna say you need you need you need… bad company it’s a lot other way cheaper and do the job the rite way . Or it’s called Do it yourself

Your think they good just like I did to you see what they really charging you for and how simple and cheap it’s to do. Once you don’t need something you paid for they claim they started a process in which they will ignore your voicemails emails and then tell you they can’t refund you your money . They took 500 out my account for irp and ifta and we got nowhere and they think there gonna keep my money until they receive my claim from the courts . Some might say 500 a Laywer gonna be more not in this case . They will learn not to rob and steal . It’s okay to charge what you gonna charge but when the business isn’t completed a refund should come back . Ifta 10 cash irp 25 cash and then you pay the fee dmv have. Don’t let them rob you guys first 500 to submit them applications once they approved they take another 300 out your account . Chuck Taylor is a crook behind the phone . They come off good a friendly til you continue business with them . They give you wrong information they did my drivers file send me wrong information on the persons file good thing I read the paper.

Donot allow these people to do your irp and ifta. First off I paid them to do my irp my title wasn’t in my name so I had to go in and do it myself. In which it only cost 25 for irp application they charge 250 then when they submit the application the want another 150, then they do your ifta in which they never even started for me and they wanted the same amount of cash in which the ifta sticker is only ten dollars so I end up doing both myself these people refuse to send me my refund. Chuck Taylor was very good at getting thousands out my bank account but now it’s time for refund they don’t want to give it. Donot let them talk you into spending big money everything you need to do with your company is a very cheap process and the applications for each process has instructions on how to fill out forms ….. clearing house free to signup you can do your own drivers file 2290 tax forms easy they will charge you like you will never believe and when you sit down and do it yourself you gonna be like thousands compare to 100

It enrages me to see all of these innocent people posting such positive reviews yet completely ignorant to the fact TCS are robbing them blind! I used them approx 6-7yrs & thought they were great until I actually started following up on the extra services I paid for and realized how SIMPLE 98% of it is! They charge $70-150 to file paperwork that legit takes 10-15mins to complete. The compliance specialist 's deliberately overly complicate the requirements to stay compliant w/ FMCSA standards and new owner/operators are neive and already under pressure so they agree for things they could easily do themselves. I cancelled with them Dec 2019 for 2020 and requested my card be deleted off file to ensure there wouldn't be any "misshapes". I was told via email my request was granted. I had family deaths in Jan & Oct 2020, which caused a lot of chaos and I wasn't on top of my AR + AP like normally am. In Jan 2021 I noticed they charged me $365 for drug testing. I looked back and they charged my AmEx $365 in Jan 2020 after I was told my card was deleted! I called and spoke with the manager Ryan Bunnelle and explained why I didn't catch the charge in Jan 2020. I also told him I never received any documentation, calls, emails so I was under the impression my account was closed as requested. He said he'd "refund 2021 but I can't do anything about 2020" and he "didn't know what else to tell me". Basically, he said you're s[censored] out of luck! TCS stole $365 from me because they never even contacted me 1x nevermind ran a random drug screen on my 1 employee, which by law needs to be done 1x/yr for each driver. They also completely F*d up my biannual dot update by listing my DECEASED brothers name as the owner/operator when I was adimate about using Sr. and Jr. To distinguish the difference between my brother and father because they have the same birthday (obv diff year).They also misspelled my companies email (@gmaill.com vs. @gmail.com) so I never received anything from the FMCSA and I had to reset my username/password by requesting a new pin be mailed to me! TCS has no business ethics/morales preying upon new drivers just trying to get their feet off the ground and make an honest living. I really hope this saves some people from being deceived by their fraudulent tactics and they don't have the same experience I did with them.

We purchased a new truck for our company and this company saved us very quickly by providing a DOT number . They were very professional and honest about all and most importantly gave a complete thorough description of the entire process. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that is needing a DOT number or any other service they provide. Great Company and Jasmine was awesome and so professional !!!!!!

I've been with Transportation compliance since 2014.At first I just had them doing my drug n alcohol screening ,Alanah B has been my go to girl.They might be a little bit higher on prices but you pay what you get .Excellent service when I need something or anything comes due or before it does Alannah or her crew call and let me know.Now I pretty much have Alannah and her crew do everything. I received solicitation from this company for their services. Since I do not own a truck or have a CDL license or DOT number, I threw it out as junk mail. The next month I received a letter thanking me for my purchase and a credit card receipt for $90 was attached. I do not know where they got my credit card information from or my social security number. This transaction was not authorized by me. I have no need for their services. Also they try to appear like they are the official DOT and this charge is mandatory.

On 5.17.2019, we contracted and paid Transportation Compliance Service $320.00 to obtain a FMCSA compliant Driver Qualification file for a new fleet driver. They began the process via communication with a former employee until 5.24.2019. Following that, the former employee's position was terminated. The task of working with Transportation Compliance was reassigned to another staff member. Beginning 7.02.2019, multiple emails and voicemail messages have been left for every Transportation Compliance service representative the former employee had contact with requesting a status update on the process and any missing information to complete getting the driver compliant. Contacts include voicemails and emails on the following dates: 7.02.2019, 7.03.2019, 7.05.2019, 7.08.2019, 7.09.2019, and 7.10.2019. Service representatives contacted iclude: Ryan, Katie, and Maricia/Ilian. To date, no response has been received.
