Customer service is terrible. They don't return phone calls or emails. I have emailed them several times & left messages over the past 2-3 weeks, and have not received any response.

That was yesterday today I have a DoT number a LLC A Ein and will be on the road in no time for a more than fair price. She is great at communicating and getting back with you even on the things they don’t offer she will tell you where to go and what to do and works after hours if u have questions highly recommended. Great group of people here. Our DOT number was expired and James made the process very easy. Both he and Shinay had everything completed and finalized the next day. They were both very professional and I would highly recommend them.
