I am rejecting this response because: The credit agency failed to address my complaint. While they reference the "The Fair Credit Reporting Act" to justify reporting dismissed BK's, the FCRA does not mention or even suggest such a policy. In fact, Section...

1681 of the act  says nothing about dismissals or filings. The law clearly states from "date of adjudication" or  the date of "order of relief".  The agency misrepresented the truth by saying, "...10 years from date of filings." They choose this policy in-order to harm citizens.The credit reporting agency is required to verify the item being reported by the creditor. In this case the creditor would be the US BKPT CT CA LA. This agency does not report or verify its cases to the credit reporting agency. The credit reporting agency cannot validate the items and is in violation of the FCRA. I demand they remove the items immeadiately before any further damage is done to me and my family.Finally, I have several instances where the credit reporting agences did in fact remove "dismissed filings." They are very inconsistent in applying the "policy".

Then further down the paragraph it states: however, based on our policy and service agreement (which I never read or signed) no additional refund is due. So which is it? Are they going to refund me like they stated or are they saying they won't? It is has been 13 business days so please confirm you will refund me my money back within the 30 days. I will then be satisfied.
