contacting TransUnion. Our goal is to maintain complete and accurate information on consumer credit reports. In response to your request, we have reviewed the information contained in Ms. [redacted]' complaint and are providing the information below in response.
We have reviewed Ms. [redacted]' complaint along with the information previously provided regarding this issue. As a result of our research, the information that Ms. [redacted] disputed, Transworld Systems# [redacted]xxx, does not currently appear on Ms. [redacted]' TransUnion credit report. On 6/8/15, Ms. [redacted] contacted us via telephone and we initiated an investigation into Transworld Systems# [redacted] As a result, the item was removed from the consumer's credit report and the results were sent to Ms. [redacted] via mail.
TransUnion stores information in our records as it is supplied to us by creditors whether they are the original creditor or the acting collection agency. Additionally, all consumers who reside in the United States may receive a free copy of their credit report by visiting www.annualcreditreport.com or by contacting the [redacted] directly either by mail, telephone or online automated system. This will help to ensure accuracy on consumers' credit reports and be proactive in preventing fraud or identity theft.
In order to protect Ms. [redacted]' privacy, we will mail a courtesy copy of her credit report to the current address we have on file. Ms. [redacted] can expect to receive it in approximately 5 to 7 business days. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions, she may call us at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM ET. In addition, Ms. [redacted] may visit http://transunion.com/consumerfaqs for frequently asked questions about her credit report.

It should not have come to this the 3 big credit reporting agencies should be required to notify the person by mail or phone before they put a negative debt on their credit report that affects the persons ability to get credit, rent an apt, etc... They have no problem reporting bad credit but the fact that I pay my utilities, cable, car ins.and satellite bills every month on time do not show on my report as good credit.

Our records reflect that on July 10, 2013, you went online through one of our partners, ConsumerTrack and clicked
on an offer to "Get Your Credit Score & Report". The terms of this offer were stated that your FREE TransUnion
Credit Score & Credit Report are available as part of a 7-day trial of our subscription-based credit monitoring
service. You were notified that you may cancel at any time during the trial period and that at the end of your 7-
day trial, you would be billed at the low cost of only $16.95 per month.
At the time of the enrollment, you completed our three [redacted] process by: completing the online form, submitting
your credit card information and confirming your identity. During this membership, we have been monitoring your
credit files at all three national bureaus, sending notifications to the email address provided, [redacted]@hotmail.com,
to alert you of changes to your credit files and remind you that we were monitoring your credit at your request. In
addition, your TransUnion reports and scores have been available for daily access, as well as our Debt Analysis,
TransUnion Credit Lock and ID theft insurance coverage.
The only contact we received from you to cancel your online subscription was through this Revdex.com complaint. We
have stopped your subscription as requested. Based on our policy and the terms of the service agreement, no
refund is due. However, as a courtesy, we have issued a refund in the amount of $203.40 back to the credit card
originally charged. Refunds generally take three to five business days, but may take up to 30 days depending on
your bank's policies.

XXX-XXX-XXXX, Monday through Friday - 6AM to 6PM Pacific Time.
