rented me a car that drove fine on my way home. The car will no longer crank and I was told it was just business and nothing personal. She drive past my house twice laughing out the window as if it was funny.

Refund I would like a refund and the business needs to be investigated. She has done this to all of her customers and then gets on Facebook to brag about it as if playing with people's money is ethical. Times are hard and this is completely unacceptable.
