We traveled to Orlando by plane, used the rental car to Miami for our cruise and returned to Orlando for three days after the cruise The accomodations were nice and convenient to Disney World People we dealt with were helpful and pleasant Really had a nice November vacation

I had a great time traveling with this companyI can not wait for my next trip

Invest your vacation dollars elsewhere for better serviceWe bought a cruise package and sat through the high pressure time share presentationAs we were headed off to our cruise we couldn't locate our boarding passesOur mistake was that we'd forgotten that they had been taken by the staff because we signed up for another presentation the day of the cruiseWhen we called to say they were missing (and yes we told them that we had signed up for the cruise presentation), we were told we had to return to the Welcome CenterEventually a manager was called to help and she immediately began speaking to us rudely saying that our boarding passes were at the port and [redacted] told us we needed to be at the port at We did not even know who [redacted] was! When I said ma'am you don't understand we called before we came, we never met a '***' and you're speaking to us in this slow, disrespectful way like we're stupid, she cut me off and said 'Well do I need to speed up?' Enough said

We have five vacation packages with Travel Services Group, two of which contained a trip to Costa RicaThey were kind enough to combine both trips, allowing us to have almost two weeks thereThe trip was absolutely fantastic!! The accommodations and food were also very good! We appreciated the professional and friendly service we received from TSG, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

My situation with TRAVEL SERVICE GROUP, especially today, has been a positive experienceWhere things could have ended badlyWith a last minute home furnace breakdown and replacement needed, an awaited short vacation had to be rescheduled, Customer Service [redacted] was most accommodatingWithin minutes the re-adjustment was complete

Impressed with their "smart" business approach packaging affordable travel vacation combinations including accommodations, rental car & cruises for a very reasonable price! TSG has good follow thru - they keep records of satisfied customers like myself to call back & offer specials We vacationed in Florida last year in Orlando, Daytona & cruised w/ Carnival to the Bahamas & we were very satisfied with what we paid for Of course one does have to listen to a sales pitch but that's to be expected! Thank you to Mike Davis last yr & happy he's still working @ TSG, & most recently *** *** who is offering a package that we can't pass ** - also to Kim who made the initial phone call & was very professional & made me curious to hear more!

I must say with all the companies I have traveled through ( and there has been many in my time) this one, is by far, the best! Their customer service & reservation department is on point and really care about their clients. The last time I traveled with them, they really went out of their way to accommodate my family at the last minute. So far, I went through them twice and both times were stress free and my family had a blast!

We try to get away at least once or sometimes twice a year and we will continue to go through them.

With the customer service representatives, they have always been very polite and respectful and I never felt pressured into any opportunities. When I have bought a package, it's been flawless in planning. One particular representative, [redacted], has been very patient with me when making a trip and then due to circumstances, making changes - Thank you [redacted]... Each trip has been a memorable time... When I did have questions, they were quickly answered and when inquiries about options were presented, they were resolved in a timely manner. Travel Services Group have offered very reasonable excursions for the price, granted there is a "Time Share" promotion that is tied to the trip. The "Time Share" presentations have never exceeded 2 hours and generally, pretty straight forward - but remember, you can always just say "NO" and continue on with your vacation. They lodging or hotels that were included were always of class and sometimes, surprising how elegant! I have fallen in love with many cities, such as Orlando, Charleston, Fort Lauderdale, and would never have taken a cruise if it wasn't for the package deals that Travel Services offered. Hint: when taking the cruise, the vacation deal is just for the basic levels of the cruise, and I would spend the extra money for upgrades, spend the extra for the better rooms. The different vacation deals, from the primary (week) deals to the mini weekend deals, I find it hard to have the time to take advantage of everything Travel Services offer. FYI... when planning a trip, remember to always research your destination and the "reviews" for hotels and tours. Travel Services is a great group of people to help you plan your vacations and enjoy the many destinations they offer. Thank You for giving me some of the "BEST TIMES" of my Life!
