Invest your vacation dollars elsewhere for better service. We bought a cruise package and sat through the high pressure time share presentation. As we were headed off to our cruise we couldn't locate our boarding passes. Our mistake was that we'd forgotten that they had been taken by the staff because we signed up for another presentation the day of the cruise. When we called to say they were missing (and yes we told them that we had signed up for the cruise presentation), we were told we had to return to the Welcome Center. Eventually a manager was called to help and she immediately began speaking to us rudely saying that our boarding passes were at the port and [redacted] told us we needed to be at the port at 10. We did not even know who [redacted] was! When I said ma'am you don't understand we called before we came, we never met a '[redacted]' and you're speaking to us in this slow, disrespectful way like we're stupid, she cut me off and said 'Well do I need to speed up?' Enough said.

We have five vacation packages with Travel Services Group, two of which contained a trip to Costa Rica. They were kind enough to combine both trips, allowing us to have almost two weeks there. The trip was absolutely fantastic!! The accommodations and food were also very good! We appreciated the professional and friendly service we received from TSG, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We found it very relaxing, and a quiet area to holiday.

My situation with TRAVEL SERVICE GROUP, especially today, has been a positive experience. Where things could have ended badly. With a last minute home furnace breakdown and replacement needed, an awaited short vacation had to be rescheduled, Customer Service [redacted] was most accommodating. Within minutes the re-adjustment was complete.

We traveled to Orlando by plane, used the rental car to Miami for our cruise and returned to Orlando for three days after the cruise. The accomodations were nice and convenient to Disney World. People we dealt with were helpful and pleasant. Really had a nice November vacation.

Travel Services arranged for a wonderful 4 day promotional vacation package (April 20 to 23, 2014) at the Festiva Orlando resort in Kissimmee Florida. The cost for the upgrade from a hotel room to a Condo was the lowest we have ever paid. They met all their commitments, and took good care of us on our vacation. We rate the Travel Services Group A+.
