Company states that as long as the manufacturer is still in business then yes her warranty is still applicable

They always blame the company who makes the window and take no responsibility. I have asked multiple times for someone to call me and I have received no calls from anyone just that they are reviewing my complaint. I have lost several days vacation to meet with the service men to fix a problem that should have never been an issue in the first place. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and since the first time they have been in my house it's been nothing but a headache. All of the employees I have dealt with have acted like my concerns or issues are not valid and they don't care. The owner doesn't even acknowledge all the issues I have had with his company and a small apology without addressing any issue is a joke. I have talked to several other companies since all the issues to see if I was over charged with the windows and multiple companies said yes that I paid double what most companies charge.

Customer called in for a service and was originally upset about the $trip charge Despite any warranties, a trip charge is applied to all service calls after days past installation This is stated in the contract at the time of purchaseCustomer stated that she was not told about
this, the Sales Rep who sold her the windows was her brother We are unclear how the account was placed in the name of her ex-husband, but it is possible that he was a past prospect in our system, and the sale was matched by phone number or address similarity.Prior to the Homeowner filing a complaint, the service appointment was scheduled and the trip charge was waived one time as a courtesy Unfortunately, sometimes things do break on the windows, due to the mechanical nature of operation - those items are covered by the warranty with a trip charge applied after days The repair is scheduled for 12/26/in the AM hours of 9am to 1pm. Thank you!

Bill S*** our Vice President was out to visit the customer on 5/5/ We have determined that the no showed appointment was due to an internal mixup of two customers with the same name.We are going to redo some work in the home, that is scheduled for 5/20/ Upon completion of this,
Bill Stevens will revisit the customer to follow up and make sure the work performed is satisfactory.Tracy ***Service Manager

We mailed the refund check on 5/27/from our Home Office in IndianaThe customer should be receiving it soon!

I greatly apologize for the problems that occurred with the Service Call for your window However, the Service Call arose from a Free Window that was installed at no charge The problems stemmed from a manufacturer's defect, which, unfortunately, is outside of our control We
do not feel any additional compensation is necessary at this time We will continue to service the free window, as well as all windows that you purchased under a full lifetime warranty. Respectfully, Robert D***President

We sent this refund in error to the wrong location on 12/15. We were unaware of this error until todayWe have issued a new check and mailed it todayWe apologize for this mistake on our behalf. Bill S***, Vice President

Customer spoke with someone in our call center regarding his gutter cleaning Unfortunately, the message did not get forwarded to the correct department, causing the delay.We began the gutter cleaning on 6/23/15, but were unable to finish that dayIt is scheduled to be completed on Saturday

Although the screen damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we will proceed with replacing it at no cost to the customer I spoke to *** *** today and advised him that we will waive our fees for the replacement of the screen, as well as our Standard Trip Charge fee
We do not charge our customers a Service Charge in the event that the service needed was due to our workmanshipIn the case of the water pooling, we feel it may be.At this time we have ordered a replacement screen with an ETA of approximately weeksCustomer is aware of this timeline and we will contact him to set a service appointment once the screen arrives.Tracy ***Service Manager

I spoke with two different people in your call center when they followed up on my window needs In addition I spoke to the salesperson who was here for the estimate about the issue I suppose none of the messages were forwarded to the right people which is understandable in an organization as large as this company The individual who came out for the first gutter cleaning yesterday was polite, very efficient and went out of his way to explain what he was doing for ** I was more than satisfied with the work he completed and his manner while he was here Until the job is completed on Saturday I cannot say I agree with your response I do, however commend you for your prompt action after the Revdex.com got involved...see you Saturday
