We had 2 different customers named [redacted] in [redacted], causing some confusion and delay.  The correct part is ordered with a rush and we are expecting it in our warehouse on 4/26.

Bill S[redacted] visited customer on 10/7/15.  Customer now understands that the icicles are a weather factor that cannot be controlled by us or the gutters.  As a professional courtesy, we are going to perform some handyman work for the Homeowner at no charge. In addition, Unique agrees to...

install customer purchased heat cables on the gutters this winter at no charge. Customer to provide the heat cables if she wishes to have this completed.

Our Vice President, Gary R[redacted] has an appointment scheduled today, April 26 at 1:30 pm to meet with Mr. [redacted] to discuss the problems encountered with his contract.  We are looking into our internal communications as well to see where we could have improved our communication, and we will...

fixed the damaged shingles. We are still having (next day) shingles that are not sealing. They are blowing in 30mph winds. These are winds that are not uncommon in this area, or had I had problems with my previous roof on this house. I spoke with the Vice President and he reassured me that these "should" seal over time. He instructed me to call if the problem persists. Hopefully, these will eventually seal. Unique Home Sokutions has been very helpful throughout, even when the product has failed. satisfactory to me.   We received the aforementioned check for $1373.00 on Tuesday Jan 9th, 2018.  However, upon closer examinationthis check was dated 12/11/17. It appears that after this check was issued, it sat for almost one month on some one's desk. No one even bothered to call us or contact us that the refund was issued.  The post mark date on the envelope was 01/05/18. We are very unsatisfiedwith their business conduct and will not recommend this business to our friends and family. Thank you (Revdex.com) for your timely and thoroughhandling of this complaint. This was our first experience with the Revdex.com complaint bureau and will recommend the Revdex.com to our friends andfamily.

Gary R[redacted] visited home on 8/19/17 and solved the issues to the best of our ability and refunded Ms. [redacted] $1500.

[redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was told on 4/12/16 that the part was rush-ordered and would be in next week.  The company response is counter to what I was told.  It appears that there is a serious communication breakdown within this company.  I still want the product I purchased installed in a timely fashion!

We had to order materials in order to redo the flooring.  The floor is due into our warehouse tomorrow 2/10/17. We have spoken to customer and the repairs are scheduled for Monday 2/13/17.  After the floor is redone, Bill S[redacted] will visit to ensure customer satisfaction.

We mailed the refund check on 1/4/18 from our Indianapolis, customer should be receiving it anytime. Bill S[redacted], Vice President
