Here is the work order broken down line for line.  The item the customer has in question is # 6 which is the cost of the part , not labor charge.. If  Mr. [redacted] can remember what location Mr. [redacted] works at , it would be helpful. Please let me know what is my next step.

The company response that they would like a detailed description of services provided, and that has already been submitted. I spent (2) days getting them this and that and each time they would try to find something wrong with it. Joe Washington, ended up offering at first $50, and I told them that was unacceptable and then he offered $100, I told him if he is acknowledging that the employee did not perform part of the services that were suppose to be performed why should I believe that the rest was done. This company was faxed over a DETAILED description of the services done to my truck and they now are trying to dispute the prices that Volvo charge. Like I told them I have no control over Volvo prices, because if the services were rendered in the 1st place this issue would not exist. If Joe can offer $100 or a service credit of $120 or something like that he can reimburse me the entire amount. This was nothing that I did.

The GM ([redacted]) did send Mr. [redacted] a check at the end of June after the last phone call.  He is going to do a "stop payment" on that check.  He will send out another check and send it over night and have some one sign for it.  We did call Mr. [redacted] an let him know what we are doing.
