Treasures sold a 10KT GOLD 0.33CT DIAMOND TRIO SET to the customer, which includes the mens wedding band and the Bridal set includes ladies band and the engagement ringAbout to the complaint, there is NO issue with the jewelry sold to the customer, Mens Band seem to work fine, but the ladies
set seems to change the color of her fingerThere was nothing wrong with the rings as the rings did not change color, it is what we sold to the customer, 10kt gold 0.33ct diamond trio setIf the problem was with the jewelry then it would be on the mens band as well.At TREASURES we always make sure to provide a better customer service and make customers happy with their purchase, TREASURES wanted to go against their store policy and exchange the rings which was not within 10 days of purchaseThis issue was addressed to treasures after almost months of their original purchase. At this point we will only be able to exchange the rings for same value

To answer a few of the reasons for being late on returning the clock is I had been in and out of the hospital with bacterial pneumonia.I got it 2times wiweeks of eachotherBut I did call and was told that the message would be passed on to the ownerThe owner never called me back and has not talked to me personally yet.I only get messagessecond hand.AS far as the instructions for the clock you would have to be a person that works on clocks to understand the lingo.I am not a repair man for the clock.I also have one identicalto this one and you don't have to do all that every time it is moved.Next is my receipt does not say anything about no returns. The lady working in the shophas looked at it and knows it doesn't have any thing at all on the bottomThe last is that owner of the clock knew it didn't work right from the start.Regardless of what I paid that was my money.I am out that money and being on a set income that is a lot of money.I wonder if that owner would like someone to take $from her for a broken piece of junk???? Thank you

ID# ***
sans-serif;">Thank you for sending this letter, and we fully acknowledge and remember the situationThe ring was re-sized and returned within the time frame as promisedUpon the return of the ring, the customer noticed that one of the pave diamond stones was missingWe charged the customer for the sizing and we fully did not realize that the stone was missing as it was not a large size and easy to notice
We offered to replace the stone, free of charge, and available to be done the next day, but the customer went ahead and accused us of being thieves and went ahead to call the policeWhile we would gladly replace the diamond for him for free
The refund for the resizing was not discussed as the customer left the storeOur customer satisfaction is very important to us, and if that is what will make him happy, we would gladly refund him the full amount of $70.77.
Best Regards,

They didnt provide a service that I paid for

Worst experience ever! They have an answering service and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to somebody liveInstead of the answering service telling me that I can't speak to TurboCourt representative directly, they gave me three phone numbers that were handled by the answering service

To Whom It May
Concern,           This is a response to address the
letter received on September 8, 2015 at our establishment.  To explain more of what our business is, we
are a multi vendor store.  Second hand up
scale thrift shop, people...

rent out a booth and sell their merchandise.          The customer called the store sometime
in August stated that she has been in and out of the hospital and that the
clock was not working correctly.  We then
advised her at that time we would contact the vendor and see what the vendor is
willing to do.  At that time the vendor
said she would not refund the money that it had been too long of a time.          The customer showed up at the store at
the beginning of September, I then attempted to contact the vendor yet again,
This vendor does have a full time job and did not return the call until the
next day.  This is when she stated that
the clock was a 7 day clock, it was explained on the ticket that it may need t
be adjusted several times to get the accurate time.            At that time Mrs. [redacted] was
notified once again on how to se t the clock.
Insisting that we refund her money.
I again explained to her our policy of all sales are final. Again, the
vendor is not willing to refund the money.            As a business owner we try our best to
strive for excellent customer services.
But unfortunately it is up to the vendor at this point to refund the
money.  Again it is stated on the receipt
and throughout our establishment that all sales are final.                                     ... Sincerely
,                                         ... [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Can the business (Treasures) please send a check or money order with the refund amount to [redacted] at [redacted]? After the confrontation, my fiancee and I do not feel comfortable speaking with the same representative. We prefer not to go back to the store. I would appreciate the refund and will notify the Revdex.com if this can be done? It would make amends for the situation.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:We work everyday. Me and my husband stay about 30 minutes from this location. They attempted to exchange both the rings for something cheaper which was fine. If I knew that my finger was going to turn within the time they give which is 10days would've been wonderful. I have the warranty on both rings for 1 year. While the sales clerk was trying to help us find different rings cause we want a husband and wife wedding ring set. No point of my husband having a gold and I have silver or white gold. In the same process trying to find a ring while talking to the sales clerk his phone rings while talking to us he answers his phone and of course didn't say hold on. They can run their camera and see what happen while we was trying to get a new set. Thanks.

The information that I provided to the Revdex.com was not inaccurate as indicated by Treasures. The receipt attached by the company for $900 is the receipt from a ring that I purchased for my husband. This is not the receipt for my engagement and wedding band which the cost was $2000. I have spent a lot of money at Treasures and have been- until now, a loyal customer. The [redacted]e day I purchased my husbands ring, I brought in my mother and she spent over $1000.  I am just asking that my defective ring be replaced. Treasures have "fixed" the ring 7 times. This has been burdensome, stressful and embarrassing. In addition to not having a ring, I had to listen to AK tell me that he is my weakness and that only he can help me. That was extremely hurtful and embarrassing. I am asking Treasures to give me the full credit of the ring. I will upgrade the ring but can not double the cost of my original purchase of $2000. I just spent $350 in February to have the center stone replaced for the SECOND time.  I am willing to spend $1000 more to upgrade which will be a purschase of $3000.  What I am asking is fair, considering all the time and energy spent getting the ring fixed- all the weeks I've spent without my wedding set.  All the emotional distress that this has caused is surely worth giving me credit for the full amount.

Review: I was waiting on a friend at her dr.so I went out to kill some time.I come across this Treasures place and decided to check it out.I looked at many things and decided to purchase a old grandfather clock that was sitting against the wall.So I take it home and put it on the stand but I didn't wind it right away. When I did wind the clock it never kept the time right and it chimed and would not stop.So I tried again and the same thing happened.Thats when I knew it was not going to work like it should. So I started calling the store and leavings messages to call me.In the mean time I am in and out of the hospital with pneumonia.I had it 3 different times.I still left messages for this lady and no response. That told me that she knew that clock wasn't right.I even took a friend and we took the clock back to the store and waited for 2 or more hrs.for the lady to call back or store owner.neither one did.after going back and forth a few times the lady sent word to me that no I was not getting my money back nor was she willing to deal with me.The store owner wouldn't even try to make things right. The owner of the clock has yet to talk with me its always a message through other enployees that deliver her message.I think the store owner is not a people person because she didn't even make an attempt to help settle the problem.I do not know the sellars name only a number of [redacted].To pay $50.00 for something that doesn't work is a lot of money to me.I am retired and on a fixed incomeDesired Settlement: After trying to get this person to work with me on this and she choose to be nasty about it I want my money back.I do not live in that area where the store is so it took time and money to run back and forth for nothing.I would just like to have my money back and not have any more dealings with these people. If we could do that I would be grateful. Thank you for listening[redacted]
