PLEASEEE! do not do business with this companythis must of been the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've ever had in my lifeThe gentleman who answeres the phone is beyond rude and I truly dont understand how he has a jobI literally wanted to cry out of frustration talking on the phone ith this manAll I asked for was to speak wiht a manger and he continued to hang up on me and and I called back he coninued with rude coments and the hung up againI dont even understand how he is still workingI left plus message and emails and no one at all will get back to me! if anyone has any info on the owner please let me know!

Good Afternoon, I asked for the tracking information I was promised that I never receivedI have continually received the run-around was was told to call [redacted] myself [redacted] will not release any information to me without a tracking numberIn all of my online shopping have I never had a company not release shipping informationThe reason I left several voicemails was because when you call, they give you options - shopping, customer service, order tracking or technical support - the only time it connects you to a person is if you choose the shopping optionOtherwise, you need to leave a voicemail I never received a phone call back and no messages were left for meI still have no idea whether or not this was shipped because at this point, no tracking information has been providedAs you can see from the email string, I was promise tracking information last week within 24-hours - which I never receivedI was also told that it wold be here Tuesday, and then on Thursday - but I'm not quite sure what to believeThe person writing back to me has said they spoke with the shipping department themselves, but I would like to speak with shippingI have been trying to cancel my order because we did not receive it within the 5-days we were supposed toWe have not been given any tracking informationAll we know is our payment was taken and we no longer want the product because we have anot receive it and bdon't know if it even exists

Ordered my child's christmas gift1.) The total popped up with $shipping fee Then shipping was added, after my credit card confirmation, and it cost more than the gift2.) Wrong gift was shipped 3.) left numerous emails and phone calls....no response ever!! No agent ever answers the phone ever!!! Just the same message over and over againDO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!!!

This is the type of company who will leave you on hold for minutes, lie about the wrongful description of a product you ordered, hang up on you in mid conversation, and still charge you restocking fees when trying to return said product you did not orderI can not understand why a company would continue to operate when they clearly don't like what they do

Of course the electric car was delivered later than what was was originally statedSecondly, I've found out that it's missing key parts during assembly so basically the car should not have been delivered at all because it's not functional with missing piecesGaskets for the tires, parental remote missing and who knows what elseNot even sure if it will work once properly assembledJust an all out bad experience

I ordered a gift for my sons' first birthday on August 14th, 5-business days is what the website "claims"This gift cost over $one would think at a minimum the company would provide tracking information for shipmentThis did not happen I emailed the company (as they only have a contact us option) and after emails and numerous requests by me and the legitimacy of the company I was told they could not provide me with tracking on the original package and fedex also did not have updates, so they would ship me another one and provide me with tracking Again, I had to request the tracking information numerous times Trend times did not send the 2nd package with any urgency to account for the original order mistake and they did not give me any credit on shipping So my son's first birthday and his parents did not have a present for him and still don't days from the day the order was placed
Trendtimes has some great products, according to their website, but their customer service and contact methods are not current and customer expectationsI am very nervous about the product, but I have no received it yet to comment

I purchased a $remote control boat, plus tax and shipping came to $ The unit arrived broken, with a corroded battery and missing nut that keeps the water-tight hatch down I submitted a request for a return and after sending in the note below, I received the following message:
"you have the return policy" If anyone reads this please do NOT support this vendor============
Unfortunately the unit is not in it’s original condition anymore We opened it on the morning of the 27th since I hadn’t heard back from your company and tried to make it work, and in the process, several other pieces broke I am going to keep it, but it’s no longer a remote control unit, it’s just a toy boat To be clear, you should know:
the unit was broken when I removed it from the packaging-one of the nuts that holds the cover to the battery was loose (rolling around inside the boat), so that the plate can not be screwed down to cover the battery-this was broken from the first time it came out of the boxthe antennae broke when I pulled it out for the first time I was careful, but it was so thin it broke in my handthe volt battery came out of the wrapper corroded, rusted and completely dewouldn’t even power up the remote control unit
the battery cable (red one) broke off the first time we put it into the boat so we had to wrap it with electrical tape to keep it connectedthe quality overall is absolutely horrible...your buyers should know the risks when buying this kind of junk and frankly, you shouldn’t sell it if you know the quality going into it (in reading your return policy on boats, apparently this must be very common)
I plan to leave an extremely critical online review of your company and specifically the quality of the boat, plus your policy on return costs and restocking fees Paying a 25% restock fee when I’ve already paid $for the boat, $in shipping to get it here, plus another $to get it back to you is ridiculous, which is why I plan to keep it as a non R/C toy for himIt was very unfortunate, and very sad that my son wasn’t able to play with it on Christmas, as it was one of his main gifts I didn’t want to risk it getting worse while we were researching your return policy, but unfortunately by the time you replied we had already tried to make it work and it continued to fall apart I realize your hands are somewhat tied on the quality, but based on your disclaimer on the boat policy, it clearly shows that you know and even expect these types of problemsIn closing, only a full refund, including all shipping, would make me happy I’ll wait until mid week to hear back from you, but if this isn’t possible, I will be forced to go online and write my reviews at that time

In early December I ordered a $RC Excavator for our grandsonAbout one week before Christmas I called to check and/or get a tracking numberI tried to contact them through email and also callingSupposedly, if you email you are to receive a response within hoursI did that twice with no responseI then tried to call themThe first time I held for about minutes, the next time for about minutes and the last time, on Christmas Eve, for minutesWe went out that night to purchase something else for my grandsonAfter Christmas, I again emailed but told them I was hugely disappointed in them and that we wanted our money backI then received a very generous offer to send that item along with two other complimentary toys if we would not cancel I was very pleasantly surprised at the generous offer to resolve our issueWhen the three items arrived, one of the toy's packaging was crushed on a corner but it had a note attached that it had been inspected and there was no problem with the toyWe sent the items to three grandsonsThe original excavator to the grandson it was intended for and the other two for two other grandsons with birthdays with and days of the othersThe first toy received had problems with the battery pack or chargerThey said they would ship out replacement batteries and chargerTwo days later, the other grandson's father told us that the RC excavator kept running out of its tracksI called TRENDTIMES again because I now have two out of three toys not workingI was told that they never have problems with their toys but I should send it back in the original packagingI asked what if they did not have the packaging and he got very rude and said they were "losing their ***" on this dealHe then said I should just send all three items back and they would refund my moneyI have zero confidence that I would get my money back!

All requests about this order was initiated by me in reference to this order.Time line is as follows.
ordered 8-16, 8-21 customer contacts vendor about status and...

tracking number, 8-22 vendor replies without tracking number but says Friday or Saturday delivery 8-26/27.Item did not arrive so again the customer needed to contact vendor on 8-29 to get a tracking number and status. 8-31 vendor contacted customer and now says oh the item is going thru 2 warehouses, so the first communication was a lie, and states it will arrive on Friday or Saturday 9-2 or 9-3 again.
 
Item did not arrive so again the customer had to contact the vendor on 9-4 stating do not believe what has been communicated. Please cancel order and refund us.
 
9-5vendor state with facts that will receive in 2 days. Customer refused order for inadequate delivery time frame.

I paid $78.89 for 2 day shipping on an RC vehicle and just received it 9 days later without the remote. I'm disputing the charges with my bank's fraud department.

Listen, no matter what we say, she continuously calls us names and liars. We are worried she is fraudulent and is demanding tracking so she can reroute the package. [redacted] says below.

I ordered 2 different RC Ferrari's on the 29th of Nov. I needed one by the 12th of Dec. I paid for 5-10 days shipping which should have been plenty of time. I received it on the 14th. The tracking number for the package that they gave me was fake. It was a FedEx one that said that the tracking label was created but still pending because FedEx hadn't received it yet. The package came via the USPS. There was no invoice when I did receive it Now I don't need it anymore and want to send it back. The second RC Ferrari was not the one that I ordered. I ordered the 14 inch Ferrari which was $80, I instead received the 12 inch Ferrari which was only $45. They ripped me off of $35. I called countless times so I could return them and get a refund. They hang up on you, I've emailed them but they never respond to your emails. This is truly the worst customer service ever.
