This is the type of company who will leave you on hold for 20 minutes, lie about the wrongful description of a product you ordered, hang up on you in mid conversation, and still charge you restocking fees when trying to return said product you did not order. I can not understand why a company would continue to operate when they clearly don't like what they do.

I ordered a gift for my sons' first birthday on August 14th, 5-10 business days is what the website "claims". This gift cost over $400 one would think at a minimum the company would provide tracking information for shipment. This did not happen. I emailed the company (as they only have a contact us option) and after 6 emails and numerous requests by me and the legitimacy of the company I was told they could not provide me with tracking on the original package and fedex also did not have updates, so they would ship me another one and provide me with tracking. Again, I had to request the tracking information numerous times. Trend times did not send the 2nd package with any urgency to account for the original order mistake and they did not give me any credit on shipping. So my son's first birthday and his parents did not have a present for him and still don't 20 days from the day the order was placed.

Trendtimes has some great products, according to their website, but their customer service and contact methods are not current and customer expectations. I am very nervous about the product, but I have no received it yet to comment.

I ordered 2 different RC Ferrari's on the 29th of Nov. I needed one by the 12th of Dec. I paid for 5-10 days shipping which should have been plenty of time. I received it on the 14th. The tracking number for the package that they gave me was fake. It was a FedEx one that said that the tracking label was created but still pending because FedEx hadn't received it yet. The package came via the USPS. There was no invoice when I did receive it Now I don't need it anymore and want to send it back. The second RC Ferrari was not the one that I ordered. I ordered the 14 inch Ferrari which was $80, I instead received the 12 inch Ferrari which was only $45. They ripped me off of $35. I called countless times so I could return them and get a refund. They hang up on you, I've emailed them but they never respond to your emails. This is truly the worst customer service ever.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to...

perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If not, and we do not receive a fully functioning electric car by the weekend this matter will be unresolved.

Listen, no matter what we say, she continuously calls us names and liars. We are worried she is fraudulent and is demanding tracking so she can reroute the package. [redacted] says below.

Good Afternoon, I asked for the tracking information I was promised that I never received. I have continually received the run-around was was told to call [redacted] myself. [redacted] will not release any information to me without a tracking number. In all of my online shopping have I never had a company not release shipping information. The reason I left several voicemails was because when you call, they give you 3 options - shopping, customer service, order tracking or technical support - the only time it connects you to a person is if you choose the shopping option. Otherwise, you need to leave a voicemail. 
I never received a phone call back and no messages were left for me. I still have no idea whether or not this was shipped because at this point, no tracking information has been provided. As you can see from the email string, I was promise tracking information last week within 24-48 hours - which I never received. I was also told that it wold be here Tuesday, and then on Thursday - but I'm not quite sure what to believe. The person writing back to me has said they spoke with the shipping department themselves, but I would like to speak with shipping.
I have been trying to cancel my order because we did not receive it within the 5-10 days we were supposed to. We have not been given any tracking information. All we know is our payment was taken and we no longer want the product because we have a. not receive it and b. don't know if it even exists.

On Dec 2,2014 I ordered the Wheelman 49cc motorized skateboard for 888.68. Yes almost 1,000 dollars. It arrived relatively quick however when I opened the box it was damaged. The front fender was all scratched up and the bolts were stripped out. It took 4 days to get in touch with Trend Times because aside from the phoney message you hear when you call , you will only speak to a live person if you want to place a NEW order. Well after much persistence on my part Trend Times referred me to Big Toys USA saying they were the parent company that handles defective or damaged products. I contacted Big Toys and was issued a claim ticket. Now mind you this was a Christmas gift I was buying for my nephew. I have not received a satisfactory response. They say they can send out a new fender but never do. They say can you send pictures of damage , I send pictures of damage they send me nothing. They ask front or back fender? WHAT!!! Look at the picture. I have all but given up. I'm filing a claim against Big Toys USA and than I'm contacting my credit card company. It feels like they're just playing with me. They won't committ to the repair or replacement and say I don't qualify for a refund. I have never even taken the thing outside. It can't be ridden in the condition it is in. Beware of TREND TIMES AND BIG TOYS USA. They sell boo boo toys and won't make good on any concerns that might arise. DON'T BUY THEIR TOYS!!!!!

In early December I ordered a $299 RC Excavator for our grandson. About one week before Christmas I called to check and/or get a tracking number. I tried to contact them through email and also calling. Supposedly, if you email you are to receive a response within 24 hours. I did that twice with no response. I then tried to call them. The first time I held for about 35 minutes, the next time for about 20 minutes and the last time, on Christmas Eve, for 9 minutes. We went out that night to purchase something else for my grandson.
After Christmas, I again emailed but told them I was hugely disappointed in them and that we wanted our money back. I then received a very generous offer to send that item along with two other complimentary toys if we would not cancel. I was very pleasantly surprised at the generous offer to resolve our issue.
When the three items arrived, one of the toy's packaging was crushed on a corner but it had a note attached that it had been inspected and there was no problem with the toy. We sent the items to three grandsons. The original excavator to the grandson it was intended for and the other two for two other grandsons with birthdays with 4 and 5 days of the others. The first toy received had problems with the battery pack or charger. They said they would ship out replacement batteries and charger. Two days later, the other grandson's father told us that the RC excavator kept running out of its tracks. I called TRENDTIMES again because I now have two out of three toys not working. I was told that they never have problems with their toys but I should send it back in the original packaging. I asked what if they did not have the packaging and he got very rude and said they were "losing their [redacted]" on this deal. He then said I should just send all three items back and they would refund my money. I have zero confidence that I would get my money back!

Ordered my child's christmas gift. 1.) The total popped up with $0 shipping fee. Then shipping was added, after my credit card confirmation, and it cost more than the gift. 2.) Wrong gift was shipped 3.) left numerous emails and phone calls....no response ever!! No agent ever answers the phone ever!!! Just the same message over and over again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!!!

I purchased a $60 remote control boat, plus tax and shipping came to $80. The unit arrived broken, with a corroded battery and missing nut that keeps the water-tight hatch down. I submitted a request for a return and after sending in the note below, I received the following message:
"you have the return policy". If anyone reads this please do NOT support this vendor.

Unfortunately the unit is not in it’s original condition anymore. We opened it on the morning of the 27th since I hadn’t heard back from your company and tried to make it work, and in the process, several other pieces broke. I am going to keep it, but it’s no longer a remote control unit, it’s just a toy boat. To be clear, you should know:
the unit was broken when I removed it from the packaging-one of the nuts that holds the cover to the battery was loose (rolling around inside the boat), so that the plate can not be screwed down to cover the battery-this was broken from the first time it came out of the box.
the antennae broke when I pulled it out for the first time. I was careful, but it was so thin it broke in my hand.
the 9 volt battery came out of the wrapper corroded, rusted and completely dead-it wouldn’t even power up the remote control unit
the battery cable (red one) broke off the first time we put it into the boat so we had to wrap it with electrical tape to keep it connected.
the quality overall is absolutely horrible...your buyers should know the risks when buying this kind of junk and frankly, you shouldn’t sell it if you know the quality going into it (in reading your return policy on boats, apparently this must be very common)
I plan to leave an extremely critical online review of your company and specifically the quality of the boat, plus your policy on return costs and restocking fees. Paying a 25% restock fee when I’ve already paid $60 for the boat, $15 in shipping to get it here, plus another $15 to get it back to you is ridiculous, which is why I plan to keep it as a non R/C toy for him.
It was very unfortunate, and very sad that my son wasn’t able to play with it on Christmas, as it was one of his main gifts. I didn’t want to risk it getting worse while we were researching your return policy, but unfortunately by the time you replied we had already tried to make it work and it continued to fall apart. I realize your hands are somewhat tied on the quality, but based on your disclaimer on the boat policy, it clearly shows that you know and even expect these types of problems.
In closing, only a full refund, including all shipping, would make me happy. I’ll wait until mid week to hear back from you, but if this isn’t possible, I will be forced to go online and write my reviews at that time.

Review: I paced an order online for christmas delivery. After the order was placed and confirmed I received several days later a call at midnight EST informing me that an article was not available but that they could replace t with a similar item that was twice the price. I was not interested. After that the again became rude and used profanity towards me calling me a ___ . I disconnected the call and he called back telling me he cancelled my order. The next day I called to get confirmation that my order was cancelled and the agent hung up on me. I called back and received very rude remarks once again . I disconnected the call and they called back aggressively 5 more times until I blocked their number. I asked them to confirm that my credit card was not charged and they refused to answer the question aggressively ignoring my question .Desired Settlement: I want to not be charged for items not received and I want this company to stop calling me. Especially at midnight EST.

The company was very rude and difficult to deal with. I did receive credit for product not delivered and paid for what was delivered. My issue is over with this company and I will NEVER do business with them again.

Review: I emailed this company twice and phone their employee [redacted] twice to no avail. Only when I lodged a dispute of credit card charges did they call me. However, when called they were badgering me and talking over me... Their invoice is very misleading. They charge your credit card. Send you a confirmation that states that the shipping time will be 5-10 days. But way down in the lower right hand corner they state "Reserved" even though they are charging your card... Absolutely no communication or update from Trend Times on the status. When you go to their website to check on order status -- it comes up blank. Its been 20 days and no item has been shipped or updates provided. Their a rip off and should not be allowed to operate in a vaccum. They were rude and condesending. They never acknowledged that I was a customer and that they sincerely wanted to help me. Instead it escalated to an argumentative conversation.Desired Settlement: I want the item cancelled with no restocking fee... They need to have better invoices and constant communication on the status of orders
