On a very, very rainy Sunday morning my wife and I stopped at the Budget
Car Sales lot to see if they had a SUV in that might meet our needs Nicole *** came out of the office to walk the lot with us showing us all the SUV's they had in stock Nicole knew the each SUV on the lot, the mileage and the features She was well informed on each product line and even though it was raining very hard she did not rush us and answered all of our questions When I wanted to know when models would be on the lot she got the answer Although Budget Car Sales did not have what we wanted that day I would have no hesitation in contacting Nicole again She took our contact information and said she would get hold of us if something that she thought we would be interested in came in Nicole was a well informed representative

I have been a long time customer with Budget Car Sales and I have to say they are by far the number one car dealership in the lower mainland. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle through them and they have delivered the same exceptional customer service as they did 25 yrs ago. All Sales associates there are fantastic to deal with but particularly I would like to recognize Shawn [redacted]. He does and always has delivered exceptional service when dealing with him. He went above and beyond with my recent purchase and here's why. With my recent purchase all was great, drove off the lot all was good. A week later I noticed there as a bubble on one of my tires and didnt notice it there at the time of purchase. So I went back to Budget Car Sales and addressed my concerns with Shawn and with no hesitation he replaced my tire and took the cost as well. How many dealerships can you say would take the cost of replacing the tire. When clearly this would have been seen as they thoroughly inspect their vehicles. I was not only taken care of immediately with a courtesy car while I waited for the tire to be replaced. They clearly made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Budget Car Sales to anyone who wishes to purchase and new or used car. They by far the best of the best!!!
Fairly hassle-free experience. James has a good sense of humour and although he pushed hard for a higher price, we believe we got a fair deal. I do wish that dealerships would have a non-negotiable bottom line, rather than forcing shoppers to haggle over the price.
I found a good price online, for a van at this dealership. The price was discussed online, before I went there. The van met all my expectations, as shown in the pictures. I was on this lot, and van purchased in less than two hours. This included them taking me to the bank for a bank draft, and having the van insured, and on the road. They washed the van after it was sold. They also offered to pick me up at the ferry, or drop off the van at the ferry, in order for me to get it home - after the sale was completed. The after sales marketing was very good. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.
Recently bought a car. Greg [redacted] made it is easy and hassle free in helping me choose a car suitable for my needs. He was very accommodating and did not hesitate to arrange a loaner car when the insurance glitch ( completely out of his control) did not allow me to legally drive my newly bought car out of the lot. In our search for a reliable new-to-us car we went to Budget Car Sales on Marine Drive. The sales representative listened to our current requirements and took into consideration our future concerns, thereby recommending several vehicles which we did test drive. After making our choice, we were again treated with courtesy and kindness throughout the transfer procedure, insurance and trade-in process.
All inquiries were directly answered, and at no time was there any pressure to purchase. We were looking for a vehicle, but not necessarily expecting to purchase that day. However, we did discuss this at home that evening and called to indicate our choice, as the car most suitable was available to us.
Being elderly has both its drawbacks and benefits. Hearing can be a problem, and therefore questions are asked and answers may have to be repeated. Again, we were treated very well, with patience and delightful humour.
