In our search for a reliable new-to-us car we went to Budget Car Sales on Marine Drive. The sales representative listened to our current requirements and took into consideration our future concerns, thereby recommending several vehicles which we did test drive. After making our choice, we were again treated with courtesy and kindness throughout the transfer procedure, insurance and trade-in process.
All inquiries were directly answered, and at no time was there any pressure to purchase. We were looking for a vehicle, but not necessarily expecting to purchase that day. However, we did discuss this at home that evening and called to indicate our choice, as the car most suitable was available to us.
Being elderly has both its drawbacks and benefits. Hearing can be a problem, and therefore questions are asked and answers may have to be repeated. Again, we were treated very well, with patience and delightful humour.
