I’ve emailed 4+ times and no tracking info at all
I purchased my item on December 7th and still haven’t received a confirmation that they have it. No tracking number or anything. I have not heard back from anyone from this “company”. I didn’t even intend to purchase from them as the ad was for a different company but routed to them. Scam.
I want a refund. But I can’t even get in contact with anyone! Ridiculous. I rated them on the BBB and still reviewing on MANY other places as well.

They sent me something that I didn't order. They said that they would refund what they charged me but have failed to do so. Now they won't even respond to my emails.

Scam. Never received my refund. Charged for item not ordered.

This company is a scam. Never received my clippers & I never got an e-mail confirming my purchased I made. This company can stick their product where the sun doesn't shine. I hope the company burns in HELL. They don't deserved a star.

On November 14, 2019 I ordered two ***, one which I gave to my mom as a Christmas gift, and the other remains unopened. My mom said she was experiencing difficulty getting it to work regularly, so on several occasions I assisted her, including the purchase of new batteries. I had the same difficulty; sometimes it worked (not that great, by the way) but most of the time it didn't. It also is extremely difficult to even turn on. I am very unhappy with their product and want to return both ***. I'm requesting the $35.99 be refunded to my Visa card.
On January 26 Louisa from Trendy Teddys responded and stated I would receive my refund within 5-10 business days, and that I didn't have to return the ***. I have not received refund and Louisa no longer responds to my emai

I ordered from this company on Nov. 8 and the cost of the nail clippers was applied to my credit card the next day. More than 6 weeks later I received the clippers, however, they didn't/don't work. I've contacted the company via email several times. I got one response asking me to send them a picture of the damaged clippers. I responded telling them AGAIN that the item was not damaged, it simply didn't work. Since then, the only thing I've received from them is them asking me to submit a review on how I like the item. However, even with that, there was nowhere to submit a review. This is a scam company and I would advise everyone to steer clear of them. I'm going to contact my credit card company to see if they might refund my money, however, I'm not holding my breath.

This company has extremely bad customer service. My order was not delivered to my address and when I ask for a resend or a refund I get told that they will do nothing. This company is a total scam artist.

Just like everyone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered something on December 4th. It hasn't moved since the 15th and its January 10th. I have called and the number doesn't work. I have emailed and they used the holidays as an excuse. Yes the holidays can slow something down but having it not move an inch in an entire month? Yeah. Never again

100% rip- off, take my advice deal with the likes of Amazon and you won't get burnt.
Ordering from T.T I thought my order had been interrupted, so I re-ordered the same happened again, my husband tried twice again,same interruption, I tried again 15 minutes later to find I had been charged 4 times over $120 Australian, I instantly notified T.T about the error but was informed that my order had been processed and that I should return the goods on receiving them.On receiveing them I asked T.T for information as to how to return the goods, I was informed that "sale" items were non refundable.Im now left with 4 useless nail clippers!

Same as everyone else. This is a scam. It’s been a month and I was just told to be patient and I will receive my order in 21 on days. I needed it for Christmas. Please check into this company.

This Company is a total rip off! I made the mistake of ordering off their advertising on FACEBOOK - like all the others who sent in a Revdex.com complaint - I was barraged with ads wanting to sell me more goods but never received the order I placed.

The sent out some fake tracker saying the goods were coming from China - that was a red flag for me. All this was in November - it is now 3 days before Chrisrtmas and still nothing. The company stopped hitting me up for more orders about two weeks after I placed my order. I am out the money - live and learn.

What I received is nothing like the merchandise pictured on their website. I tried to contact them. The phone number on the website does not work - calls could not go through. I emailed and completed their on line form for a dispute and heard nothing back. My credit card company issued a refund after I disputed the charge

Ordered 2 battery operated fingernail clippers/filers on 15 November. Got a "welcome to Teddy's" e-mail with no product information, pricing anything regarding my order. Finally received order on 12-4-2019. Products are very poor quality. Did not use. Contacted the company by their website as directed on 12-5-2019. No response. Then called on 12-6-2019 and left a voice mail (automated Google phone response by them) to return my call as I want to return the items. There has been no response either via e-mail or phone.

I am rejecting this response because:
II called the company on the number provided (***) and when calling on the phone it is a non-working number(states number has been changed or disconnected). When calling the same # from ***, it just rings and rings. This company is obviously a fraud and a scam. Not sure how you even got them to respond.

I have received absolutely NO response from the company and NO refund! How would I receive a refund when I have not returned the items as there has been absolutely NO communication with me!!! They are certainly lying to whomever they are speaking to at the Revdex.com. The phone number listed (only can access via ***) is another private person's who stated it was Trendy Teddy's OLD phone number. I have NO phone number that is working for this company. Is there any other recourse or am I just out the money? Somehow this company should be black listed and closed! Very frustrating!

Loved the dog harness I got and it took about three weeks to come but perfect I am very happy it works!!!! Like it so much I am buying two more for friends dogs and three of my neighbours are buying them.

I made a purchase for 3 products from this company on January 27th, 2019. The purchases were for Valentine's day gifts, with guaranteed delivery February 14th, 2019. I received one of the three items purchased. After months of email correspondence with the company, I was issued a refund for one of the two items never received. As of May 1, 2019, I received an email stating that they could not refund my card and requested my ***. I provided that info same day and received an email from the company on May 3, 2019 stating that I would receive an email confirmation when funds had been transferred into my account. I emailed again on May 9th, as I had yet to receive any further communication. The company is no longer responding to my emails and I have yet to receive my refund. This matter has now been going on for 6 months. It is very frustrating as this company has not provided me with the product purchased and have yet to issue my refund.

Hi,Responding to a complaint from a ***. She stated we never gave a refund but as you can see, we did.

I have contacted them via email about not being able to get their product to work with my system.
They responded: Your request (***) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

They never got back to me despite me sending 2 more emails to remind them of my issue to be resolved. I need to return and get refund for item. I never got any response. I don't know where to mail the items back to or if I need a return #.
I warned them the third time that I would be contacting Revdex.com about this issue if there was no response.

Horrible company. I placed an order April 11 2019. I was told itll be delivered in May. I keep checking for updates and I was told customs had my package. My package was in customs for a over 45 days, and I spoke with some at *** in *** and they told me that they sent my package back to the sender. No one from *** or this company told me that they package was sent back. Here it is June almost July and I asked for a refund and the company never responded nor is the contact number listed on its website active.

I ordered on April the 15th and my order is to hung up is shipping or the black hole. Now today I received my credit card statements and I was charged one time on one card and a second time on another card. Because supposedly my first card didn’t go through. I am really screwed on this one. So what can be done?

Most definitely a scam. Ordered an item weeks ago, tracking info shows it's sitting on China with no delivery information and no response from company when I emailed them.

I ordered a rose teddy on feb 5th. After 3 weeks I reached out to their support email regarding my purchase. They said no label has been created yet and that it should be out soon. 3 weeks later I reached out again when I saw no label was created for shipping yet. I was told order must’ve been lost and that they’ll send me another. I told them I wanted a complete refund and a reciept as I felt this was not legitimate. They responded saying that would not be a problem. 5 days later no response, no email no refund reciept. This is a total scam all I wanted was a refund after waiting 2 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Also, I’m receiving daily emails about making another purchase which is quite insulting.
