I had placed my order on feb 25, 2019 with the need for this product for my daughters birthday party, as a prop, not a present. When her party was on the 23rd of March and had been checking the web daily for an update on its whereabouts, and the day before the party finally got a notice that it was in *** and would be delivered Tuesday the 26th. Well it’s to late and don’t need it now, I wish it would have stated the length of delivery, and after emailing several time finally did someone state that it could tak 2-4 weeks, if I would have known I would not have ordered it at all!

I wish I could leave no stars. I ordered items for my daughters wedding. I made order on February 15. It gave me a delivery date of March 3. On March 4 I got nervous and contacted via email. I was sent a tracking # and told to be patient. She then informed me it could take up to 4 weeks. I was unaware of that but what could I do now. Needless to say my daughters wedding was on March 16. 4 weeks to the date still not item as of today March 19. I sent about 10 emails asking for assistance. All I ever got was a be patient. I finally asked for a refund and was informed via email I had to wait for item to arrive and ship it back. Also I have to pay for shipping and pay a 50% restocking fee! So the item didn’t ship until February 28 (ordered on February 16) it has sat in the same spot since March 3. I want to try and save some one the headache of dealing with this company! I am out the money and never received the product and have no use for it anymore. Stay away from Trendy Teddy’s.

This is the last email I received from them yesterday. Now I am informed that I can not get a refund because the items that I still have not received, must be damaged to get a refund! I have all the emails with conflicting information if needed.

We are so sorry for the confusion. Our shipping times are estimated to be 2-4 business weeks, which means that we do not count weekends and public holidays. That being said, 25 days have passed by since you have placed your order with us. Although we are still within our delivery time frame, I understand that you may still receive your order later than expected.
Logistical shipping issues, as much as we would like to avoid them, can sometimes happen and we apologize once more for that. I will forward your feedback to management as they look to improve our services.

I ordered a gift on January 29th from the website. I tried several times to check the status of my package and was not successful. I contacted Trendy Teddys On February 4th, and I was told via email by member(s) of the Trendy Teddys team (Louisa/Keenan) that my package would arrive on February 14th, as long as I placed my order prior to January 30th. I purchased my item on January 29th. I expected a my package to arrive on February 14th and I have not been able to successfully track the package with the information I was provided. In fact, the status of the package has actually changed from indicating “In Transit” back to indicating “Ordered” or “Pending”. Neil refers me to the refund policy that is vague and does not indicate how to proceed with a refund for a package that hasn’t arrived within their given time frame of 2-4 weeks.

Item was never delivered... tracking number is fake and contact number is no good. No one will respond back

I am not sure why he hasn't been able to contact us, as we would (and are going to) issue a full refund. Unfortunately many of our items were shipped incorrectly which led to a ton of complaints and refunds. There is a chance his could have been lost in the mix. Rest assured, he will be refunded 100%.

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We received an email today that refund should be issued within 7 days. However, many Facebook complaints are stating they got email but never received a refund. Please keep this open till refund is received as I don't believe we will ever get it.

I made an order ( order #***) on the first of February 2019 with trendyteddys . On their website they guaranteed delivery before Valentine's day. I have contacted them about the order and haven't gotten any response

He states we guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day. We only guaranteed delivery for orders placed BEFORE January 28th. We made sure to tell our customers that they may not receive their package in time for Valentines day.

Placed an order for valentines day gift and was never delivered/shipped. The number on the website is disconnected. No address besides the one on the emails that is linked to false location. *** Mail Forwarding LLC. Extremely *** from this scam but just want to stop others from getting scammed. Now I have to get a new bank card and this has been a complete waste of time and money but I don't care about the money gift was never delivered so that's my main concern.

We CLEARLY stated on our website shipping could take up to 4 weeks, and those that purchased risked that being the case. I will attach several screen shots you can look at. He has no right for this complaint. We posted it at the very top of the product descriptions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you for investigating I wasn’t trying to waste anyone’s time. Just seen other people complain that it was a scam, the phone number doesn’t work, and mailing address was incorrect and the address linked on their website/email called and they said it was a scam. They need to have updated information because they have a lot of red flags.
