I ordered my sun catcher in March 2020 that was supposed to be stained glass. A piece of cheap plastic was finally delivered July 24th. I emailed a few times and was basically told that it shipped and they had no more information than the tracking information. I’m going to attempt to get a refund, but I doubt I will be successful.

Over 2 12 months ago I placed an order, much to my regret. I received what I would call generic answers to my emails and through ***. I received very little help from *** and finally I went to *** (which is how I paid ***). *** filed my dispute 30 days ago and they have received no comment or information from the company. About 2 weeks ago I received the item. It was supposed to be stained glass and instead it is a piece of plastic. I informed *** and I was told that if a merchant does not respond to my
dispute within 30 days my payment would be refunded and the item was mine to do with as I please. I usually check with the Revdex.com before I make a purchase and do some investigating on line but this time I did not, unfortunately. I have a good outcome but it was over 2 1/2 months of stress. I have learned my lesson.

I ordered a gothic gold fish handbag on 1/30/2020. I never received the product I ordered. They sent the wrong item and have refused to refund me my money. I'm still emailing with them trying to see when they can send the refund but they refuse to answer my question. I have a record of all the emails as well as a screen shot of the orginal purchase.

The company purposes that "Every one of our items is unique" I ordered 2 Raven Suncatchers that were to be hand made. It took more than two months to come from Stai Chizhoushi China. It was two pieces of plastic that were cut from machine. For $54.85. There are many websites involved for Trendy Gladys and the various other companies that are under one umbrella corporation that I was unaware of until too late that show the huge fraud that is being produced.

Ordered the Medusa Suncatcher and they accepted the purchase. However the product cannot be tracked and upon contacting the company about the issue, I get no response. I would like to receive a refund, but cannot contact anyone.

The item I received is not as it is described on the website. Product is inferior. Website claims item is glass but what I received is plastic. Company will not do anything to fix this. Pictures on website show something different than what is actually sent.

Ordered an advertised product from Trendy Gladys in March of 2020. Paid for item in full through ***. Have record. I have contacted the company 3 times. Each time I receive a different tracking number. None of the tracking numbers are correct, they cannot be located. I have never received my order and the company refuses to give me a refund through ***. They are SCAM artists and advertise over Facebook. Please STOP THEM!

On March 19, 2020 I ordered a Hologram Medusa Suncatcher from them. I found their advertisement on Facebook. I have yet to receive it. I have contacted them through email several times. I get the same answer almost every time, "It's on its way. It's taking long due to the Covid virus."
I have come to believe this is a scam.

Too bad none of these reviews were available when I placed my order in March. I too was duped by a pretty picture of a stained glass suncatcher and received a worthless piece of plastic two months later. Hoping PayPal will resolve this in my favor, but I don't hold much hope of that.

I ordered an item over 2 months ago that has not arrived. When I try and track using the tracking number provided there have been no updates other than the delivery service saying they have been notified to receive a package. I have asked for a refund and informed the seller I no longer want the product: I have asked for a refund which they continue to refuse. It is excessive even in current times.

I placed on online order March 8th for a tumbler from their company. I have yet to receive the product. They have sent emails with tracking information and when I look up the information it says the company has no information regarding that tracking number. I contacted the company asking for a refund and was told I can't have one because the item has shipped. I still have not received the product and still no tracking information is available. I was told the pandemic is holding up their shipping, yet everything else I have ordered since that item (from other companies) has arrived in a timely manner.

Item that I received was not the item advertised online.

Ordered an item from them a month ago. messaged them 3 times. I never got a reply about my item. it says contact usps.. *** said they have no knowledge of this item ,or tracking number. total scam.

Total scam. I ordered the majestic raven sun catcher, it was advertised to be made of glass and the photos looked like a beautiful stained glass piece. When it arrived, it was a chunk of cheap plastic printed poorly with the image of the sun catcher on it. When I contacted them, they just keep telling me that it is exactly the item I ordered, and they will not do anything about it. Very disappointed in their deceptive business practices.

Scam! Placed an order 3/2/20. The piece of trash arrived 5/12/20. It was nothing as advertised. They stated the suncatcher was glass and 15" . It is a piece of cheap printed plastic and 10" and a piece of chain with earring hooks to hang it with. I told them to cancel the order on 4/11/20 after they gave me a "new" tracking number which was the same as the previous number. They give you nothing but lies in any correspondence. Absolutely disgraceful people.

Raven Suncatcher is not made of glass, it is die-cut plastic. Not as indicated in description. Washed out colors. Waited 2 months for delivery. Never again!

This company’s website advertises products using pictures from other sellers’ websites. The products they offer are not comparable to the pictures whatsoever. I ordered a product off the website which was never even delivered to me. The tracking information hasn’t been updated in a month. When I reached out to the company requesting a refund, they stated it wasn’t possible because the order is in transit.

I ordered an item from Trendy Gladys. I received an item that was not as described, and I asked for a refund. I was denied.
I ordered a glass, 15" suncatcher and received a 10" piece of cheap plastic. They told me to keep the product, see email response:

Always we do show the information of every item (size/ materials/...) so that you and other customers could carefully concern before deciding to purchase. About your case, we recommend you keep your item for further purpose as the shipping cost for returning is quite high.

I placed an order a few months ago in hopes of receiving my goods for My 6 month anniversary with my girlfriend. A few weeks go by- nothing. We’re going on three-four months and I still don’t have anything in hand. When I requested a refund, I was promptly told “no”, and that the items would be in transit. The amount of time is far beyond any normal quarantine procedure and have not heard a follow up from this company since.
