Products are falsely advertised. Materials listed are not correct. Product of Medusa mirror is listed as being made of metal and glass, and instead they sent printed acrylic.

Further research and I found that they have been stealing product images from Etsy and other artists' websites and sending customers cheap knockoffs instead.

When I emailed their customer service, they insisted this was exactly what I had ordered, despite me sending them a screenshot of their webpage describing the item. Then they claimed that because of COVID19, they could not afford to refund me anyway. Since this was only brought up after I asked for a refund again, I believe it is false.

I ordered my product on March 30th of 2020 and it is now May 8th of 2020 and I still have not received my order, but I did receive an email requesting that I rate the product I received. And when I tried to track my item there was no information.

This business is a SCAM they will steal your money and never ship your package!!

I ordered a ammonite necklace from Trendy Glady through their Facebook ad, on February 26, 2020. It has been over 70 days since ordering. I have been given unretrea able tracking numbers, I contacted them in mid April as to 5he status of my merchandise. On April 14 2020, I was informed it was held in customs. All correspondence of updated tracking numbers have led to nowhere, not able to retreave or track. I have asked for my money back since they can't provide me of tracking, the fact this company operates in the USA, yet this item was held in customs. ??
I also contacted at 9am. May 7, 2020 , them to let them know I was filling a report with Revdex.com, waiting till, 3pm. today for mail to arrive, in which at that time I will contacting my bank about the fraud. The item was to be given as an anniversary gift for my wife. It has since past 8 days ago. I want my money back, no other options are disired at this point. I have been patient for over 10 weeks now, I have been given the run around since ordering ordering, with no response of explanation or satisfaction, unless I initiate 5he email/contact first. They have had my money for over 70 days/10 weeks, and I have no necklace & out of my money for too long now all without proper customer service.
Again, I only want my money returned back to my bank account.

This company is stealing product photos, reviews, and info from Etsy and posting as their own. They then send you a knock-off product that isn't even close to the original product. Do not buy from this company, they do not honor any of their refund, returns, or money back guarantee policies posted on their web site.

AWFUL, SCAM, FAKE company and products. I ordered a product and received a very cheap knock off made with completely different materials and was a different size than what was clearly posted on the web site and what was shown in the photos. All attempts to get a refund have been met with a nonsensical email form letter that says I knew what I was purchasing. The company is listed as being based out of Ohio, but email form letter and other areas on web site are clearly written by someone who does not speak English as their first language. Web site states clear money back guarantees, easy refunds, and will process claims for damaged goods. They do not!! I am disputing the charges with my payment merchant. I also posted a negative review for the product but it disappeared off their web site by the next day. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a fish purse, $50.00, I was sent an e-mail informing me they could not send the purse would I like I different purse, showing me an order number, I looked at it, hated it, and said no thank you, plus it was $29.00 instead of the $50. I paid asked "please put my money back on my card". About a week later I got the purse I said no to. I've asked to return it and was told there will be no refunds, I've asked if I can return it for something I'd like to have, and have not been answered. All I want is my money back, or something I'd like to have. I was sent a cheap, tacky looking purse I'll never use, I hate to spend $50. on something to put in goodwill box never used.

I purchased from this online retailer without looking them up and it turns out they're a scam. I ordered a $30 mirror from them then they send me a receipt for but no tracking number and then weeks later sent me a message asking about their service.

SCAMMER - They are NOT real company. They sell knock offs of other artists' work. Also known as *** on ***. Many have been conned. Selling a *** mirror that belongs to *** and passing it off as their own. Their site claims they allow refunds. The moment I figured out I was being had, I asked for a refund and was ignored. I have found no proof of them even being a real business. I suggest you buy the products from the original creators, not this fraudulent and shady operation.
