I had never bought a vehicle like this before, so it was a bit disconcerting. However, the agents at Innovative Funding Services made it work very well. I was informed of the process and advised about everything needed from me to keep the transaction moving smoothly. If I had questions, they were answered quickly. My main point of contact through the process was Kim and she was polite, helpful and pleasant to deal with. She was probably was most instrumental in keeping things moving along well. Two others who facilitated a great experience were June and Jayson. Great team work!
This crew will make doing business like this a way of life for many people going forward.
