Complaint [redacted]We have not seen this car since December. Ms. [redacted]r's phone conversations wanted us to guarantee her a loaner car, and that repairs would be at no charge to her. We simply cannot promise that without proper diagnosis. She must bring the car in for us to do this.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I called the number for gap insurance.  The gentleman informed me they issued a check for dellenbauch motors and they cashed the check for refund.  I have the number I called and the date the transaction took place.  This is so upsetting because they blame each other and the consumer gets screwed
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:COMPLAINT TO Revdex.com FORT COLLINS, CO CONCERNINGDellenbach Subaru Motors: - Fraudulent Bait-and-Switch Sales Practices - WEB Site Contains False and Misleading Advertising Follow up to initial complain submitted on 28 August, 2016 listed as Revdex.com complaint #[redacted].The Dellenbach response you provides to me is obfuscating, has little to do with the truth, and fails to address any of the facts specified in my initial complaint. Dellenbach is either confusing me with someone else or is deliberately attempting to confuse and falsify what took place. The facts associated with the complaint are summarized below:1. On 25 -28 August 2016 Dellenbach listed the following vehicles on their WEB site inventory as vehicles they had on-hand and were offering for sell: 1a. VIN: [redacted] – Subaru Forester Premium CVT with All Weather Package, Eyesight, Rear Bumper Cover:MSRP $29,172.00 Silver 1b. VIN: [redacted] - Subaru Forester Premium CVT with All Weather Package, Eeysight, Rear Bumper Cover:MSRP $29,172.00 Silver 1c. VIN: [redacted] - Subaru Forester Premium CVT with All Weather Package, Eyesight, Rear Bumper Cover:MSRP $29,172.00 Red2. On 25 August, Dellenbach provided me a written quote for all three of the above vehicles; then verified in writing that the quote specifically applied to VIN: [redacted]. See substantiation in the initial complaint. 3. Dellenbach did not have the three vehicles on 26 August when I visited their dealership. They had falsely listed the three lower-priced vehicles on their WEB site inventory as “bait” to mislead and lure consumers. The actual location and status of the three vehicles are listed below: 3a. VIN: [redacted] – Dellenbach claimer they had this vehicle at their dealership and had sold it on the morning of 26 August to customers who were still at the dealership. In reality, the vehicle had been distributed to [redacted] Subaru West, Golden, Colorado and is still there. See Attachment A for substantiation. 3b. VIN: [redacted] - Dellenbach claimer they had “mis-listed” this vehicle as being on-hand when it had actually been “in-transit”. In reality, the vehicle had been distributed to [redacted] Subaru West, Golden, Colorado; then transferred to [redacted] Subaru, Englewood, Colorado where it was sold by them on 26 August. See Attachment B for substantiation. 3c. VIN: [redacted] - Dellenbach claimer they had this vehicle at their dealership and had sold it on the morning of 26 August. In reality, the vehicle had been distributed to [redacted] Subaru, Englewood, Colorado and was sold by them. See Attachment C for substantiation.Dellenbach has not made an honest, meaningful response to my complaint. And I have no doubt they continue to use the fraudulent business practices that I documented above to take advantage of Fort Collins consumers. Therefore, I request that Revdex.com continues to keep my complaint active. Thank you for your attention and effort. Regards, [redacted] 9 September, 2016[redacted]

I called [redacted] this morning. He was rude and said that we told him to pack sand. I talked to Bill Dellenbach and he said he talked to [redacted] in middle of showroom and asked him if he  knew they were takeoffs and knew that they had scratch from being dismounted and he said yes. Bill...

Dellenbach never told him to pack sand. When he went to Big O to have them mounted, they asked him if he knew they were scratched and he said yes and mount them anyway because he was going to come back to us to negotiate. We left a message early Saturday morning and he never called back. Steve Dellenbach called again and was able to talk to him and after [redacted] threatened to send reviews to yelp google etc. he is going to send money back and keep wheels.
