I have never felt so stressed for somebody that was driving for me as a result of this man Bob F who is the dispatcher for the owner by the name of Igor who I called and this man hung up on me three times call me a *** called me a *** told me he would not give me his bosses name unless I told him why I was calling and I asked him not to call me lady and he said whatever you are? I have contacted *** to file a complaint because this is a PT 1 Medical Dr. so while I'm on the way to surgery my driver is getting yelled at by someone that has GPS to be able to tell where his drivers are and chooses not to use it and hangs up on customers three times in less than an hour unacceptable
