OUTSTANDING! Pyramid reroofed my house, and the experience from first consultation to WPI-was excellent They helped me file a claim with TWIA and were present to represent me when the TWIA inspector evaluated my roof In very short order, the roofing team put on my new roof and took great care with my dogs, plants, pool deck, and drivewayI can't think of the last time I had such excellent customer service anywhere, and at a great price! Throughout the process, they followed up with me at every turn and swiftly answered all of my questionsIn a few months, I will be going back to them for siding and a new fence for the yard

I had my roof replaced 10/28/16, great job The hardest part was getting my HOA to approve the request with all their paperwork needed Once approved, I let them know and they scheduled, delivered material, and started working two days later I have a big roof with a couple steep slopes They were done in two days with a total clean up of the trash Better quality shingles than what I had previously and I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends
Working with the people at Pyramid was a great experience They took care of all the inspections and claims with the insurance company During the tear-off and re-roof of my house, Josh or another supervisor was present at all times They answered all my questions and took care of all concerns I had at that time The roof was complete in one day and it looks great Thanks guys!
