I had my whole roof replaced in November I have never experienced an easier home repair before! Josh was incredibly helpful and explained the whole process beautifullyOnce my claim was approved, Pyramid was there ready to work days laterAll of the workers were so polite and very professionalThey all worked efficiently and you can tell that they really take pride in what they doThey finished the whole roof in just days and when they were finished you could not even tell that they were there! (Other than the new beautiful roof!) It looks so beautiful and I could of not asked for a more pleasant experienceIt is so refreshing to see a small business that still prides itself on quality work and providing professional and exceptional customer serviceI have already referred my friends and family to use PyramidThis is a number that I will be sure to save!! WABO did a great job replacing my roof! Not only were they professional and quick, Mishell *** helped me deal with my insurance company through the entire processMy roof looks great and we couldn't be happier! They also replaced multiple other roofs on my street and they are happy with their work as well! If you're looking to have your roof replaced I highly suggest you give Mishell a call!!
Greg and Clayton of Pyramid Restorations & Construction came to my door and offered free inspection to my roof to determine whether it has any damages potentially qualified for insurance claimI was not aware that there is one year window to file claim for damagesIt turned out that when they brought to my attention, I had about a month left to claim the hail damages occurred in June Greg was the one followed through the whole process, including the critical meeting with the insurance adjuster to officially inspect the roof for claim purposeIn addition to Pyramid, I invited several other contractors to bid on this projectJudging by the appearance of the roof, no one was fully confident about getting claim approvalAt the end, the claim was approvedAlthough after reduction of the deductible and a Settlement Factor, the payment I received from insurance is shy of the cost for the project, I truly consider myself luckyPyramid showed up just in time and provided necessary skill set and effort to open this wonderful opportunity for meI am very thankfulI initially requested contractors but the first bids received had wide spread in price and were not sync in detailed specificationsOne bid was for *** *** shingle while the other two were for *** ***I then requested several more contractors and focused on getting an apple-to-apple comparison in detailsI ended up receiving bids and of them are for *** *** *** *** shingles with detailed information for a good comparisonPyramid’s team followed up with me patiently and were willing to match specifications I requested for apple-to-apple comparisonTheir price was very close to the contractor I finally selectedI am sure Pyramid would be also a great contractor to go with
