Mrs***c/o Revdex.com of WisconsinRoy's Plumbing, Inchas been been serving Milwaukee County and its surrounding areas for over yearsWe take pride in providing customers with quality service at affordable pricesWe value your business and you as a customerWe apologize for the experience you are having with your manufacturer's [redacted] ***, hot water heaterAs you stated, in your complaint [redacted] from [redacted] informed you that your hot water heater was not covered under warrantyWe informed you that [redacted] provided us with the same information and we advised you prior to sending the plumber, and that you would be responsible for the labor [redacted] would pay for your parts if any were neededYou agreed to sending out the plumber, and we informed you all payments are due upon completion of the jobWe also stated what our service charge and our labor charges, upon your requestOur plumber, did come and complete the job, and he did not request the payment at that timeNot because of what you believed it was free or under warranty, but because he was under the impression that it was covered by another hot water heater company, in which the customers do not pay anythingHowever, immediately after we discovered he did not collect from you we tried calling you and you never answered and/or returned any of our phone callsAt that point, we called Mr***, and he would state he was not aware of anything and he would have to speak with youThis went on for several days and/or weeks of follow ups because we were not getting any response from youWe never received questions or concerns about the amount charged, but it was always about the warrantyWe mailed you a bill at your husbands requests, and several days later you came into our office to pay the bill.We apologized for our plumber not collecting the payment when he completed, which made the transaction confusingWe are pleased to know that you do have hot water and your hot water heater is working properlyWe believe the concerns you have about having to pay and the malfunction of a relatively new hot water heater, should be addressed with manufacturer, and not Roy's Plumbing, IncSincerely,Roy's Plumbing, Inc

The credit card is requested prior to the completion of any work to secure the trip chargein case the customer refuses to proceed with the work requested We did have an agreement to go out and unclog the customer's toilet with a price range between to if we were able to snake out the toilet without picking it up This amount would include the $trip charge whichwas to be secured with the credit card However, upon arriving the plumber realized that thetoilet would have to be picked up and the cost would be $ We left message with the owner to explain those circumstances and explained that we would charge her card the $and if she proceed to get the work done within days that $could be deducted from the cost of repair However, the $was declined by the credit card company We do not discuss owner business with tenant therefore we didn't tell the tenant the owner

It is not unusual for us to go to complete an unclogging job and return to find additional issues. The employee that completed the original job is no longer in the employment of Roy's Plumbing. The circumstances surrounding this complaint is not clear for that reason and other staff transitions. However, we did make attempts to contact Ms [redacted] to unclog her sink after she said it was still clogged, but she never returned any phone calls We are not admitting any wrong doing, but due to the small amount in dispute, we are willing torefund Ms [redacted] the $she requested to put this matter behind us

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, *** [redacted] First of all, they DID hang up on me, of course they deny it, it makes them look bad. They still didn't address the the fact that the plumber had to leave my property to get parts without telling me that. Had I known he was going to leave for an hour, I would have had him put it back together with the old parts. It was not a job I was willing to pay $475 for. They didn't give me an estimate until I asked for it, over an hour into the job. I am the one that checked up on him, wondering where he was for the past hour. At no point before I checked up on him did anyone tell me it was extra expensive or time-consuming. As far as the rescheduling goes, if they had told me there was a death, I would not have minded a delay. They simply told me "They weren't going to make it today" twice. I stand by my complaint; in the very least they were repeatedly unprofessional.

Dear Sir or Madam:We did have to cut a piece of approximately 2' x 2' plywood under her kitchen sink to complete her plumbing repairs. We have been in constant contact with the customer. Unfortunately, there has been some delays with our carpenter and we reassured her that it would get... completed. As a matter of fact, our repair person is currently at her residence and the same time we are receiving this complaint. We happy to know that this is being resolved and to bring closure.Thank you for the opportunity to respond.Roy's Plumbing, Inc.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] No I have not heard from Roy's Plumbing and secondly, I am not satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve the matterExplanation: The company states that the service fee would be charged regardless as to whether or not the job had been completedThis is not true nor was it agreed onThe agreement was that the service charge would be included in the completion of the repair, if I agreed to having them do the work, which I didI have used Roy Plumbing in the past and know that this is their policyThe plumber walked off the job that had been approved for completionMy tenant can attest that this is true. Roy Plumbing is trying to collect on a contract that they defaulted onThis is why I feel they are not entitled to the $fee.

Please see the attached file from Dr***When I was notified of this situation, I called Ms*** *o discuss her concerns but was unable to reach herI left a message on 7/21/but have yet to hear back from her to resolve this matter *** *** ***

Roy's Plumbing, Inc has been serving Milwaukee County and its surrounding areas for more than yearsWe take pride in providing our clients with quality, professional service at affordable prices. We did apologize to Mr*** for rescheduling his job, but due to an unexpected and
sudden death of one of plumbers, we were not able to accommodate, Mr*** and some of our costumers as promisedWe categorically deny the accounts as Mr*** has alleged to the Revdex.com and on other website reviewsWe also deny the claims that our office staff hung up on him. We did speak to Mr*** and our plumber did inform him, that he needed to go and get partsHaving an older model faucet it was very difficult to find the parts. He was very concerned about amount of time it was taking to find the parts for his faucetHe did ask if he would be charged for the time going to find his parts, and we informed him that there would be chargeHowever, we would take the final cost of his job into consideration since we had to reschedule his service request. But, it would depend on how long it would take for us to install the parts once the plumber returned. We also advised him that he was welcomed to go and locate the parts himself, and we could return to install them, to cut down on his costWe did give him the price for the our service including the parts, labor, and service charge and he agreed for us to proceed with the installation prior to our plumber returning with the parts. We gave Mr. *** an estimated price $350-$We suggested that if, he was not ready to make a decision on the repair, that our technician could return and reinstall his old parts. He agreed for us to proceed with the installation of the new partsOur plumber, installed the parts and it did take longer than expected, and the final billed totaled $As a courtesy for agreeing to reschedule we discounted the bill $25, in which he paid $450. We believe he was given a fair price, options were given on how to save him money, and we informed and updated him from the start of his service call until the end.Roy's Plumbing, Inc will not be offering Mr*** any other discounts off his bill. Sincerely, Roy's Plumbing, Inc

Dear Sir or Madam: Roy's Plumbing, Inc sent a plumber to the clients home to make the the repair to the a very small area underneath the kitchen sink to do the repair, as courtesyAlso to note, clients are advised our plumbing repairs DO NOT include any wall repairsAs courtesy we stated would repair the small area underneath inside her sink cabinet because it was a small areaOur plumber, arrived on 11/22/to do the repair and he was instructed that was not how she wanted it doneHe advised her, that what she wanted not possible without taking out the entire plumbing and drain system, to place an approximately xpiece of plywood inside her kitchen sink. He was instructed by Ms*** NOT to install the plywood and make the repair, and the plumber advised her that we would have our carpenter contact her and make the repair. Our carpenter arrived the next business day and encounter the same request, instructions and resistanceMs.*** wanted it installed her way or not at allOur carpenter, advised her of his installation procedure and that this was the best method to install the small piece of plywood. However, after continued resistance and discussion by Ms***, our carpenter felt that there was no way to accommodate her and make her happyHe left and reported to our office, that what she was requesting was unreasonableOur carpenter is going to contact her this week when he returns from his vacation, and see if she will allow him to make this courtesy repair for her, or we will unfortunately have to advise her to find her own carpenter. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to respond.Roy's Plumbing, Inc

My name is *** *** and I am the scheduler of jobs for Roy's Plumbing, Inc I took the work order from this customer who stated that she had a clogged toilet I told her that a price to unclog a toilet was between $to $if we were able to snake out the toilet
I informed her at that time that if we needed to pick up the toilet to unclog it the cost would be more usually ranging from $to $if we have to pick up the toilet and re-secure it to the floor She said she hoped it would not cost any more because she only had about $and would need to give me two credit cards to come up with this amount.I had obtained the owner's credit card ahead of time to secure the service charge fee because she informed me she did not live in Milwaukee and would be unable to meet the plumber on siteHowever, I informed her that we do charge a $service charge whether or not the job was completed which she agreed with The $service charge would be deducted from the $fee if the owner proceeded with the work within days We attempted to reach the owner to tell her this but she did not answer her phone afterward. We attempted to run her credit through for the $service charge, but the card was declined

Revdex.com of Wisconsin,Roy's Plumbing, Inc(RPI) has been serving Milwaukee County and its surrounding areas for over yearsWe take pride in providing our customers with quality and professional services, at affordable prices. Dr*** G***, called our office on July 18, and requested
service at his rental property at *** ** ***, and indicated he had been a prior client. Dr***, repeatedly called our office, making demands throughout day that he wanted immediate service and we informed him that we have other customers who have scheduled before himAfter making repeated demand of instant service, we recommend he call another company, but he decided he wanted to RPI. We went to the service address after 4:00pm and informed him that we would return on July 19, (see attachment) because of his older fixtures, the plumbing supplier that had his part and was closed. We returned on July 19, (see attachment) and completed the job. Only July 20, Dr*** called repeatedly with a complaints of the service and made several threats that if we did not return on demand he was going to contact the Revdex.com-Wisconsin. We arrived at his property and his complaints were not related to our serviceThis was a new issueHe agreed to have the additional work done (See Attachment)On July 22, our plumbers started and completed the plumbing installationDr*** was informed that our carpenter would be calling to schedule a time to complete the wall repair and replace the tiles the following week (July 25, 2016)We tried calling Dr*** from the week of July 25, several times to get access to the unit, however it all of a sudden became difficult to get inJust to note Dr*** was the only person that would allow us accessOur tile layer made himself available on several days, and was finally able to get in, and suggested another carpenter we have on staff do the repair because knew Dr*** was going to be a difficult client, and be instructed on how to preform his job. Our second carpenter, tried the week of August 1st and August 8, 2016, with no success in gain access. Dr*** would not let us into the building to for our carpenter to access the wall and determine what materials he would need for the job. Dr*** said, he was going to let him in after a lengthy dissertation, however he would not, and I then suggested he find someone else to preform the carpentry and we would deduct a $from our contractual agreement. He then agreed to let our carpenter in, however he did notRPI has tried on several occasions to call to discuss and collect the balance for the plumbing services rendered but he has not returned all of our phone callsRPI will be able to provide a digital phone log of all the attempted calls from our telephone provider in about business daysOur carpenter will also provide the phone records as well. We have tried to finish the job but, he will not let us in to complete, we believe because all the skilled and professional work has been done, in which Dr*** and his handyman was not able to do. Yes, we did send Dr*** a copy of his signed invoice and reminding of liens rights (See Attachment) for the labor and material we used to improve his property that he has not paid for.If Dr***, feels that "his carpenter charged" him $186, why did he not communicate and discuss that with RPI and arrange to pay what "he" feels his balance should be? Instead, he purposely wanted to slander our name and reputation, by contacting Revdex.com-Wisconsin instead of RPI, and just delay or not payOur call log will provide an accurate of account of how many times we have called him in the past days compared to how many times we have received calls from Dr*** G***As an educator in the Milwaukee Area, we expected better communication, follow up, and professional from Dr*** G***. As a member of the Revdex.com-Wisconsin, we appreciate your assistance in helping us collect from a former client who has not been willing to pay us for the services renderedIf not will will have to proceed with our lien rights and/or legally

The credit card is requested prior to the completion of any work to secure the trip chargein case the customer refuses to proceed with the work requested.   We did have an agreement to go out and unclog the customer's toilet with a price range between 85 to 125.00 if we were able to snake out the toilet without picking it up.  This amount would include the $50.00 trip charge whichwas to be secured with the credit card.  However, upon arriving the plumber realized that thetoilet would have to be picked up and the cost would be $165.00.  We left message with the owner to explain those circumstances and explained that we would charge her card the $50.00 and if she proceed to get the work done within 30 days that $50.00 could be deducted from the cost of repair.  However, the $50.00 was declined by the credit card company.    We do not discuss owner business with tenant therefore we didn't tell the tenant the owner
