I had a problem with ice jamming and leaking from a patio addition The employees from Tri Town were very knowledgable and willing to answer any questions that we had They were professional in giving their estimate as well as in their workmanship and respect for our property
This is a company I would certainly recommend to anyone needing ant attention to their roof

I would without a doubt recommend this company I have used them on two occasions and their professionalism, promptness, and capability has been outstanding each time The first time I called them was for a larger, more expensive repair that two previous companies had not been able to identify and fixThis second time I called was for a smaller, less expensive repair Both times, regardless of the expense of the work being done, I received the same care and attention

Very professional!!! All workers were very polite and respectful of us, our property and our neighbors Mess was cleaned up each night So thankful Rick decided to come out to Batavia for us!!

It ended up being much worse than we thought so we are so happy to have gone with such professional and knowledgeable contractors. They gave us so much detailed information and kept us informed from start to finish, even providing detailed pictures of the entire project so we could see exactly what was done and the repairs progressed. The crew was so courteous and professional and not to mention NEAT! You couldn't even tell they were there by the time they left. While we were not expecting to put a completely new roof on our new home we are so relieved that there are no more leaks and love the look of the new roof. This a quality job at a very fair price. Tri-Town performed services on our roof, soffit and gutters due to damage for the WNY November storm (2014). Best experience I ever had with a contractor from my first phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate to the completed job. Owner (Rick), office ([redacted]) and construction crew were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The workmanship was excellent. A pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to refer or call again for service if needed.

We had roofing, siding and gutters installed. In every category the work was performed to the highest standards of workmanship. Each crew was professional and responsive to questions and concerns. The work was completed expeditiously and the cleanup was thorough.

Tri Town did our roof a few years ago and they were so prompt to start the job, they were so efficient and thorough all day during the work and they finished in a timely manner and completely cleaned up our property before they left.
They completely stand behind their work and word. We had a small issue a few months after the original job and within 24 hrs [redacted] sent his A Team with [redacted] to fix it at NO additional charge
His guys did a fabulous job on our daughter's roof after ours and on 3 of our neihghbors' homes also
And here we are years later, and [redacted] and [redacted] were here again to help "his customers" -us- out thru the snow storm. Our 2 story split level house had 4 ft drifts all over both roofs and [redacted] sent his guys out to shovel us off asap the roads were open.... His guys were working non-stop 14 to 15 hr days to help out his previous customers at a reasonable price. You don't have to worry when [redacted] and [redacted] are doing work on your home!!!!

Tri-Town Roofing’s team were professional and safety conscious. From the onset of the job to completion, they kept us informed along the way and responded to any questions. While working on site, we were told what door not to exit to avoid falling debris. As they worked, when concerns came up and repair was required, they took pictures so we could visually see. Above & Beyond: Since the job could not be completed in late season, the owner had a couple of his workers do some immediate repair work to avoid further inside damage to hold us over to Spring at no added expense to us. We were very pleased and would refer them
