The homes advertise that they are energy efficientIT is 100% true! We can't believe how cheap our electric/gas bills are! It makes a huge difference in our monthly budget

Allen edwin lied about the park lied about mo other charges other than HOA and taxes there was pending issues on the community well which will cost in the upwards of plus there is a qtrly sewage bill our horrible sales person never told us aboutThey built a horrible house they fired our pm in the middle because he was doing such a horrible jobThey think by there answer of we will fix it all is betterWell I built a new house so I didnt have to live in a construction zoneFor a week we couldnt go down stairs because of construction they treated our stuff like crap getting dry wall mud all over my year olds stuffThan they told us it would be days before anyone could clean itHaha we spent hours cleaning so we could get our house back together and the funny thing is most of the things they dis they will be redoing in the spring as they say because it will be warmerThey have tried to fix some items up to times and its still not fixedI hate this house and companyI cant even sell it because of the pending items I have to disclose that they didnt disclose to meIf looking in *** there is a pending lawsuit and assessment do not buy in there

We absolutely love our house that Allen Edwin built! It's spacious with updated features and amenities that we were able to choose ourselves. From the purchase of the land to closing it was all a breeze, we would choose and recommend Allen Edwin over and over again!
I'm so excited about the quality build of our home. Our head contractor, Kirk, did a great job of keeping us updated with everything throughout the entire process. The weekly updates were so exciting as we got closer to completion. Allen Edwin completed our home about 3 weeks early and was able to set our closing date early as well. We have no complaints about the entire process and would recommend Allen Edwin to anyone we knew.
Overall we had a genuinely good experience with Allen Edwin Homes. They stuck to the schedule as best as they could, and were honest with everything. HOWEVER the weekend we moved in, it was in June, they did not have the water from the street turned on to our house. We went the whole weekend without any water. We called and called numerous times to get our water on but said we had to wait for the city. I believe that should have been on or we shouldn't of been allowed to move in. We also had some problems with tree and scrub removal that was "supposed" to be done that we had to call and complain about to get them to remove them. The house structure itself is sound but have had a few problems with our Carrier Air Conditioner. That is covered under [redacted] but have had to have that fixed 3 times in under two years.
After our yearly inspections, there were some things that needed to be fixed and painted outside, however the only things that ever were fixed were the nail pops indoors. Outside we still had things that were only primed that I had to paint myself.
