Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That information does not appear to be true as the label on the bottle says you are the manufacturer: Alaska Protein Recovery, LLC Juneau, Alaska, 99801, a Trident Seafoods Company (which is you) It also says distributed by Vit-Best Nutrition, Tustin, CA The website listed is www.purealaskaomega.com which is the place I emailed and found these folks It seems you could either resolve this or tell me where I can or you're just mincing words and pointing only at Costco - when in fact I told Emile L [redacted] that I was disabled and do not go to stores and he still yelled at me Sincerely, [redacted]

On Aug 6, 2017, I wrote a complaint against GCI for WI FI issuesOn 8/9/a very nice repfrom GCI calledShe informed me that the reason my WI FI is so slow is that Trident Seafoods informed

I am rejecting this response because:First I want to correct your note, I have made you aware of my health concerns every time I have communicated with your company. As discussed on numerous occasions, I find it very disturbing that the manufacturer of this fish oil is refusing to supply a consumer with a simple Certificate of Analysis. Being the manufacturer of this Alaskan Fish oil, you are the main source to where it is derived from. I also don't understand why you can't release where this fish oil is coming from. When I requested the addresses for the Alaska and California facility(s) you refused to release any information regarding this as well. I have already reached out to Costco and they are saying for you to release the Certificate of Analysis.  Lot/Batch # [redacted]  I am suffering tremendously and we need answers. Not only do we need answers, we need them now. Please get back to me immediately in reference to these concerning matters.

We take consumer safety very seriously, therefore it is important to note this is the first mention made regarding any illness or metal test results. In order to assist you, general information was requested by 1) the toll-free vitamin helpline, 2) our company, and 3) Costco, which you were not...

willing to provide. As stated in previous conversations, we are the manufacturer of the fish oil supplements, which is a Private Label item. While we would be happy to answer any general questions about the product (as well as questions about specific label claims that you may have) -- we do not, as a matter of policy, send Certificate of Analysis (CoA) sheets to consumers inquiring about Private Label products without the consent of the company that owns the label. In this instance, the consent was not given because you were not willing to provide the information requested. If you would like to report an illness, please phone 1-855-844-4367, for assistance. We are a wholesale company and we do not sell directly to the public, therefore refunds for our products should be requested at the place of purchase. We understand that Mr [redacted] is no longer a member of Costco, but that should not prevent him from receiving a refund from them, since the...

purchase occured while he was a warehouse member. We encourage Mr [redacted] to contact Costco Member Service at 1-800-774-2678 to request a refund. In regards to any concerns of freshness/spoilage of the oil, as previously offered, we would be happy to provide a Certificate of Analysis (a compilation of all of the testing done for the oil used for a particular bottle of product), we will simply need the lot # which is located on the bottom of the bottle to do so.
