Their application process is very misleading you pay $55 for an application and $300 to hold your application to be processed into they verify all information and if you are not approved for the apartment they keep your $300. You would have thought you lose your $55 of the application fee but no they keep your $300 processing fee as well. Sucks for the hard workers like myself. That was my car note they stole, took, hooked and crook from me. I've been crying about this all day.
