Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] I appreciate the additional refund on the first month however, I am looking for a refund of both items for both month's charges I tried to tell them that I am more than willing to return the 2nd shipment of bottles for the full refund but they wouldn't accept it Their explanation of the terms and conditions is quite misleading A company that is trying to be honest and up front should have the main points highlighted, not buried somewhere on page of legal jargon The only way to make this right is to refund the 2nd months charges as well Thank you Regards, [redacted] ***

Buyer beware of threats if they charge your accountThese people are running a scamI ordered a "free" trial for one thing ( no mention of days) and received two different thingsWhen charges appeared on my account I calledThey told me I had agreed to "terms and conditions" and could not receive a refundI never saw these conditions nor gave out a ckecking account numberFirst they offered a 50% discount, then same as refund, then 75% refund, out of his pocketFinally, I was given a total refund but must wait daysI never figured to be this stupid to allow what I thought as a reputable company to do thisIf I checked a box it was unknown to me and I don't know how they got my checking informationOf course any crook can figure a wayThey did tell me it would not be fair to report them

The company name on our account statement says "Lean Diet" and "skmedia cleanse"Trail Bottle says made exclusively for Tropical GarciniaMy husband ordered the free trial and didn't realize that he had to notify them within days or they would ship more at an exorbitant priceMy Father passed on September 8th, we had to take care of his estate in another state,so we never knew to cancel or had any noticesWe received the free trial bottles in September and never received the next two shipments Our bank account was charged for $They were not willing to give us back our moneySaid the 'free trail' was the one charged for in October, for a free trail? And that we had received the second shipment in November, which I never received

This company is very tricky The advertisement shows that you can get the product(s) free by only paying shipping and handling fees After the products came in, I received a charge of $on my bank accountI called their office to explain what had happened I did not opened these bottles and want my money back, the customer service rep said "no" that I will not be reimbursed for their advertisrment if only paying a $shipping fee but charged my account of $ I am on social security disability limited income and cannot afford this pricePlease be careful of false, enticing prices My money is lost cause Thank you

I had a very bad experience with this company. This company has tricky rules and make everything to rip-off their costumers. They trick you to buy their trial products and all of a sudden you find yourself being charged with enormous amount of money just because, as they say, you had marked the box that you agreed to the terms and conditions which were stating somewhere that you agree to sign up for receiving monthly products and being automatically charged. Ordering their trials, I had not seen it, it was not clearly stated, and if it was, you could hardly see it. I call it a rip-off. The product was absolutely useless, and I stopped taking it after 2 weeks because it was giving me intestinal discomfort. I would definitely call them and cancel my "automatic shipments" if they mentioned it on the time of my purchase. Do not trust these people! An do not buy their products! They are not just useless but might even harm you. I could not get my money back, and it was almost $ 200.00 which I have to work hard to earn. Very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
