I appreciate the additional refund on the first month however, I am looking for a refund of both items for both month's charges. I tried to tell them that I am more than willing to return the 2nd shipment of bottles for the full refund but they wouldn't accept it. Their explanation of the terms and conditions is quite misleading. A company that is trying to be honest and up front should have the main points highlighted, not buried somewhere on page 4 of legal jargon. The only way to make this right is to refund the 2nd months charges as well. Thank you.
