The house was dirty, run down and cockroach infested
Upon arrival to All-Star vacation home on 7/7/there was dirty diapers, and other garbage on the walk way and in front of the door The walk way and house was covered in mold and had a terrible smell The refrigerator/freezer was leaking water and the pool screen was broken allowing all kids of leaves and tree junk into the pool As the stay went on to our dismay we realized the house was infested with live and dead cockroachesThe pool jets barely workedThe screen eventually was fixed and the house was washed upon our request due to the terrible smellAfter finally speaking with management he asked that I send a video of the cockroaches/once I did I never heard back from him I also asked for some type of reimbursement due to all of these unfortunate events and againnever heard backWe had a terrible experience as we were cleaning and killing cockroaches all day and night We were unable to relax or unwind while in

All Star Vacation Homes will not pay money due from rents they have collected while managing the rent of my vacation home
All Star Vacation Homes owes me a balance in the amount of $16,from my May statement This is the final payment from All Star since we cancelled our contract earlier this year Based on our agreement this payment should have been paid by July 15th I have made several requests for the balanceRecently, on 7/21/16, I requested a date for the transfer and Steve the owner of ASVH's responded on 7/22/that he would make the transfer on 8/5/ As the date approached I continued to reach out to make sure he was still okay with that date I contacted him on 8/and 8/but received no response Based on previous conversations and past history, I have little faith that ASVH's intends to pay this debt

ASVH homes owes us a significant amount of money due from rental proceeds they have received from rental of our home
ASVH was engaged as the managing company of our home primarily to rent the home for vacation rentalsThe agreement commenced in
The payments due to us are well overdue and have been for quite some timeWe have been ever so patient with ASVH in an attempt to allow them to turn the situation around and us to receive what we are owed but feel that this is no longer in our best interest

Non payment of money owed from our rental property
We are currently still under contract with All Star Vacation Homes to rent our home
All Star failed to make payment for statement balances throughout and when pressed CEO Steve T*** wrote in December that "these delays began due to a number of factors, including a changeover in our accounting team, transition of accounting software, combined with some unexpected financial setbacks, but that with an agreement with *** *** as majority owners of All Star in place they were committed to paying the outstanding balance fully and restoring our schedule of monthly distribution of funds"
Since that date we have received sporadic payments (not relating to amount owed) however no payments have been made since April and the outstanding balance owed to us at August is $9,
They have routinely breached contract by non-payment and as 'part

I contracted with All Star back in Aug to manage my short term vacation rental property in Kissimmee All Star, was contracted for management, licensing and payment of utilities The property was held under New Direction IRA in one of my retirement accounts Despite objection of the retirement company, All Star required a specific license with the State of Florida as well as the county of Osceola which contrasted the operating procedures of the retirement company I was required to complete a property assumption into another retirement account at a cost of $1,account setup plus $3,in property assumption costs Additionally, All Star Vacation Homes has not paid any royalties for rents since contracting with them in August amounting to $11,In total, All Star Vacation Homes owes me $15,including rents sue, property assumptio

Unfortunately, on July 6, while already at the Orlando International Airport I received a voicemail from Patrick with All Star Vacation Homes stating he was calling regarding my reservation # ***for*** for 7/

Here is a copy of the certified letter I sent to All Star It was returned since the place was closed and there was no forwarding address
Dear Sirs:
I recently returned home from a vacation where we stayed in your rental homes in Acadia Estates I had arranged a rental with you several years ago and was well pleased with the home you provided, so I had no reservations about dealing with All Star again This current trip was planned well in advance and with an eye towards the comfort of my family and guests Attention to detail should have made it a perfect reunion for all of us Instead, it was a disaster
We checked in to *** on Wednesday evening and were thrilled with the amenities in the home, so we overlooked the ants around the sticky kitchen phone and the pubic hair on the bath towel The water overflowing in a waste can in the laundry room didn't even get us upset although we were concerned that the soggy wall indicated this might be an ongoing issue We settled in and prepared for spending the next day at Disney
It wasn't until Friday afternoon when we came home from the parks and when the rest of my guests arrived that we found there was no water in the home I phoned and left a message; then I phoned again and left a message; then my daughter phoned and left a messageMy guests phoned and left messages I believe we called your office times and left messages Checking with a neighbor who was also in one of your rentals, we were told they had a similar issue because the water bill had not been paid at their home They gave us a third phone number to call We left more messages, each one more strident that the last, each one more desperate When we finally got a response, we were told that the water bill hadn't been paid at our house either Really! What a coincidence! Two owners on the same block who were deadbeats! And both with the same management company!
We were offered a second home, across the street from our original choice It wasn't ideal, but I didn't feel we had many options One of my guests would have to sleep in a bunk bed, and we were really looking forward to competing on the video games, but at least we could shower and flush toilets We spend the evening moving all our belongings and the grocery supplies from the kitchen into the second home However, when we decided to cool off in the swimming pool, we discovered not only was the pool filthy, but the water was cold No heat Exhausted from doing battle with your answering machine, I waited until the next morning to phone I was assured a technician would be there in the morning Of course, no one showed up Not on Saturday, not on Sunday, not on Monday, not on Tuesday Never We did remove the snake (who was very comfortable in the cold, dirty water) out of the pool, but that was as close as we got to using the it
By Saturday afternoon, we couldn't understand why the house was getting progressively hotter My son, who knows ***, did some online research on the thermostat in the house, and we realized that it was remotely controlled and set in the unoccupied statusAfter much trial and error we were able to override the setting and restart the air conditioning Unfortunately, without the owner security code, the override was only good for a few hours at a time So we called again And even though we clearly explained what we had discovered, it took another day for you to get back to us and repeat back the same analysis of the problem You added that you were unable to reach the owner to get the code to reset the thermostat Really? No way to contact him? In spite of cell phones and emergency numbers? Did the owner realize there were paying guests in the home? We took turns using the OBO button to keep the air conditioning running Until Tuesday, the day before our departure, someone had to set an alarm to get up at AM to override the thermostat Not exactly a relaxing vacation
The switch in homes lead to other inconveniences One of our family reunion traditions is to watch our *** play In fact, the selling point of was the home theater and the projection TV In ***, there was only seating for five people in front of the TV So, on Sunday afternoon, we took an afternoon off from the parks to return to*** and watch the game Of course this necessitated running back and forth to use the bathrooms, get snacks, etc Not the vacation I had planned
I suppose it could have been worse Luckily we left on Wednesday morning before a leak from the upstairs bathroom caused a flood in the downstairs master bath
All in all, the week was a frustrating one I spent a good deal of money to treat my family and friends to a vacation they would remember One of their most vivid memories will no doubt be seeing me in tears of anger and frustration
I believe I am due compensation from your company I want to give

Financially Unstable organization Read the reviews before contracting with them for your property management company They owe money to everyone, and are robbing vacation rental owners of their rightfully due income I have contracted with another local reputable Vacation home property manager who are very prompt in payment We never received a penny from All Star Vacation homes in the time we were contracted with them - nothing like a years worth of lost money on a property we worked hard to purchase We have also contracted with an attorney and are suing All Star If you are a property owner not being paid by All Star, get yourself an attorney If you read your contract, they prevailing party is responsible for reasonable attorney fees and you should prevail if they have failed to pay you as they did us
