All Star Vacation Homes does not pay homeowners Are they financially stable?
We purchased a condo in Reunion Florida in September of and signed a contract for them to manage our rental property since they were already the property management company used by the previous ownerWe met with All Star and they showed us the rental history of our property and toured their operations - we should have picked up on the "smoke and mirrors" We were told that statements will be approximately the 21st of the following month & we would be paid for any monies owed (as well as this is in the contract) within approximately days after the statement and that is yet to happen for any month Each month they continue to owe us more money and no payment is received We are repeated told verbally and via email that they are in "restructuring" and money will be forthcoming We received our 1st statement for October & November the end of January Once we received our 1st statement, we noticed t

All Star has not paid net rental income per the month statements (now over $20K) for several months despite many discussions and follow-ups
All Star Vacation Homes manages my property in ***, and has done so for a number of years Over the past year, they have been delinquent in paying a number of my utility and HOA bills (which they manage) which has resulted in suspension of services and incremental fees (that I have absorbed) for late payment penalties and collection agency fees For the past several month, I have had a substantial net rental revenue balance owing to me, which was stated as $20,in the last statement that All Star has produced for November
In addition to this amount, I also have deposits with All Star that would need to be repaid in the event that I choose to leave their rental program
I have followed up several times regarding the need to be paid, with a significant number of exchanges with Joe R*** of All Star starting in October

Non-payment of rental income due over many months
AllStars have been our management agent for over 12yrs and over the last 6months have failed to respond to request to pay monies held in our escrow account to the value in excess of $6,as at July 2017- they also have nights booking income that we have not yet factored (i.e.taken place between August and November 2017)We have yet to see the statement of these bookings which is therefore likely to raise the total amount beyond the July statement amount of $6,

Owed credit that won't get processed

AllStar are in breach of my contract by not paying monies due to owner for rentals they handled - $6,owing
I rented my property thru AllStar Vacation homes since June 2013/ The last rental was December when, due to them being double booked I dug them out of a hole and agreed to accommodate their client for which apparently Sue T*** was extremely grateful
They knew I had complained in past over settlements of accounts and I therefore insisted on payment BEFORE the renter arrived which was agreed by Mrs T***
They stated they would reconcile my account as I had continually said I was still owed money
They said they would reconcile this as final payment (I had by that time terminated my agreement with them) but instead of paying me more than the rental amount they paid me a lower balance than the rental

Our family rented this home *** from May 24th - May for the amount of $2600, for my 50th Birthday celebration which was ruined When we arrived the pool was dirty, the pool area fans didn't work, and to top it off we had no pool for the entire time we stayed in this home! So we never had my pool party for my 50th, as you only turn once in a life time! There were holes in the walls in one of the bathrooms upstairs, some of the televisions didn't work upstairs, the movie theater surround sound wasn't working! We had to call them several times to come fix all the things that were broken they came out twice but to no avail we were told that the pool would not be fixed until the date that we were leaving which was May 30, 2017, they still hadn't come by the time of our departure on that date I was told that we should be okay that it was going to be hot
