This was a free gift, just pay shipping. Keto Natural weight loss. Next thing they are billing 94.89 a month. I used my debit card and keep getting reacuring debits. I have twice refused the product. I have called and cancelled. Cancel ***. I was never refunded for refused shipments.

I took part in a on-line survey and at the end was told I could select a gift for participation. This company came up and offered a diet supplement for weight loss and claimed the only fee was the cost of shipping and handling $4.95. No where did I read a disclaimer that if the product was not returned within 30 days you would be charged $94.99 for each bottle sent nor that you would continue to receive automatic shipments of this med at that cost per month. I called the customer service number upon receipt of the second shipment and told them I did not want this product and at that time was told I could not return it and I would be charged the $94.99 price for the bottle. I then received my credit card statement and was charged that amount for each of the three bottles shipped to my address. Customer service was not willing to reduce the fee for the med, even though I was offered the product at a cost of $25.99 if I would accept continued shipment. I told them no - and wanted a refund or a reduced fee. I was told that could not be done and "you must have missed the disclaimer about cost" I never found a disclaimer on line or in the packing sent with the product. As a matter of fact they ship it with very limited information if anything. I wrote a complaint which I sent to them via e-mail on the original customer notification e-mail. That e-mail states the order total is "$4.95.
