his company is so dishonest and there was no mention of his being belligerent and rude and not letting me cancelI'm years old and I was still shaking an hour after conversationI don't want to accept until I see the refund

Mr***, I have review the claim that was denied As you were told during the disclosure of the original sales call, and as it is stated in your policy that we mailed you, there is a day and a mile waiting period before you can file a claim Your starting mileage that you gave us when you started the policy was 206,miles The mileage on your Grand Prix when you filed the claim was 207,013, that means you have only driven miles since you got the policy, and you are still in the waiting period, this is why the claim was denied If you wish to cancel, just give us a call at the number below and we can take care of that for youRegards, [redacted] True Auto LLC [redacted]

[redacted] , There seems to be some confusion hereFirst of all, we don't make ANY outbound solicitation callsThis is an illegal practice and you should record the call and then file a suit against them There are warranty companies in the country and some do make calls but we only mail letters So your calls are from another companyWe've mailed you letters since March but I don't see where you've called to be taken off the mailing list No one has even opened your file with us I will take you off the mailing list but there is one letter scheduled to be mailed out tomorrow and I can't stop that oneRegards, [redacted] True Auto LLC

Mr [redacted] , I really sorry to hear that you want to move your business to a different company with an F rating We get about 15k calls a month hear at True Auto, so I find it hard to believe that you have called for months to cancel and couldn't get through We have employees to answer calls, and you didn't have any trouble getting through when you called to purchase to warranty, so it seems you got a call from a competitor of ours and that what made you want to cancel At any rate if you couldn't get through to us you could have sent an email to us, or called the finance company to cancel, or contacted us through our website, all of which is in your policy book Per your request, I have canceled your coverage with us, and issued your pro-rated refund of $back to your credit card ending in *** Since we are all here at the Revdex.com taking care of these issues, why don't you ask them to give you some information about your new warranty provider and their rating with the Revdex.comRegards, [redacted] True Auto

Sorry for the confusion but we did not deny your claim, as we are not the claims dept We are an agent for Interstate National Dealer Services, they are the insurance company that backs your policy and they approve and deny claims I contacted them for you and spoke with their claims supervisor and he agreed that the claim should be paid He has approved the claim and called the shop to authorize the work If you have any other issues please call us directly so we know what's going on and can help you with the situation

Mrs***, [redacted] is in our retention deptand it is his job to explain to customers why they need the coverage when they call to cancel As you mentioned, when he talked to your mom she agreed to keep the coverage, again that is his job When we received the letter from your mom, that another company told her to write, and how to write, so they could steal our business he called her as he should This is an ongoing investigation That company has hijacked our customer base and is calling all of them to tell them to cancel our policy and go with their company This is illegal and violates the FCC law of outbound calling They are also not accredited with the Revdex.com This was all explained to your mother, and she decided to stay with themAs per her wishes, [redacted] canceled your moms policy on 7-29- We wish you the best with your new policy A full refund of will not be issued as she has to pay for the time she had the coverage with us since 3-12- This is stated in the policy that we mailed herYour mom will be issued a pro-rated refund of minus any claims that were paid, if their were any

Mrs***, I'm sorry you are upset, however your mother called to purchase the coverage for the CRV It was purchased on 1-4-and canceled on 3-13- We processed the refund the next business day on the 14th This is the first I have heard of the flat tire issue or any of this We are an agent for an insurance company and they provide the roadside assistance I am unaware of what happened, but we would be glad to help if made aware.Regards, [redacted] True Auto LLC

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Well after continued talking with [redacted] he referred me to a [redacted] who continued to insist I had a pre-existing issue Finally I was advised to talk with a woman named *** Finally someone who was listening beyond what the inspection report listed After speaking with [redacted] and she listened to my side of the story and I listened to her side of the story and she thanked me for this being my second contract with the company In the end we came to a mutual agreement that left me satisfied with True Auto.Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] , I apologize if you think someone was rude to you, but our retention deptis supposed to try and save people from canceling and in doing that they have to ask some questions They are not trying to be rude in any form or fashion However, let me explain the charges to you Your policies total cost was for years which breaks down to $per month You had the coverage for months, ($x months = $850.00) You paid in a total of $ - = 964.67, then subtract a $cancel fee and you get Then subtract the claims that were paid, and that equals should have been your refund, but you got a check for which means our secretary figured your refund wrong and you got more than you should have We have not ask for the difference back, as that is our fault I hope this clears everything up for you If not please see your policy for the refund procedures and how they are figured, as it is all listed in there for you or give me a call and I will explain it to you againRegards, [redacted] True Auto LLC

Mr [redacted] , I apologize if you think someone was rude to you, however, as stated in your policy we have to have the Letter of Cancel on file to issue a refund The policy was canceled on 6-8-as you requested and I have already sent the refund to your card ending in Please remit the Letter of Cancel as soon as you can so we can have it on file We are listed as True Auto LLC with the Revdex.com and have an A+ rating Regards, [redacted]

Mr***, First of all, I did not talk to you on the phone, so I wasn't the one that was rude to you. Second, there is no "print out" of the charges. I don't even know what you mean by this. Are you referring to the monthly payments that you made? You took the policy out in Augof and canceled in Novof 2016, that is months any way you slice it. Yes you only made payments because the first monthly payment wasn't until Octof 2015, because we carried you for days with no payment. You got more of a refund that you should have and we gave you back in Jan of to help pay for one of your claims. You have to pay for the time you had the coverage Mr*** even if you don't use it. Its just like any insurance. I pay for car insurance and health insurance even if I don't use it, and if I don't use it then I don't get refunded for it either. Its the cost of insurance. Mrs***, First let me offer my sincere apologies from True Auto. The first warranty that you bought was from *** *** where you purchased the car. True Auto has nothing to do with that car lot and had nothing to do
with the purchase of the month 12k mile warranty that you bought from them when you bought the car. We are simply a third party warranty company offering continued coverage for your Ford Focus. Our rep spoke with you on Friday, 10/21/and was terminated on Monday, 10/24/16. We do not train our agents that way and do not tolerate that kind of behavior. In no form or fashion are you required to keep any kind of warranty coverage on your vehicle and it will not be repossessed if you decide to go without it. Again I apologize for his behavior.
